They sent workers with no experience and no supervisor to direct them. I would never hire this company again. They should stick to roofing.

Andy and Giovanni are the best of the best. They were professional yet courteous, and very likable. They made us feel comfortable and not just business. They made the business transaction personable. They explained to us the step by step process and answered all our questions informatively and in layman’s terms. Reliable Roofing is the best in the business because of people like Andy and Giovanni. They also, went above and beyond to find us deep discounts to lower the price of the initial costs, which was over our budget. They also, accommodated us for any minor changes we had, at no extra charge. I wish we had more businesses like Reliable Roofing who truly put their money where there mouth is, taking care of their customers needs. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

The project manager made promises that he did not/could not keep. There was an obvious lack of coordination and communication between the work crews. Also, after getting my signature on a contract, I never saw him again. There was no one to prevent a fully loaded concrete truck from going on my driveway and breaking it in several places. I was not given a written receipt until I contacted the company directly, almost two weeks after the company was paid.

Communication could have been better. They would inform us when they were going to work and then not show up, with no call or text. They would only work 2 or 3 hours at a time which led us to believe they had too many jobs they were working on. We were never sure if we could leave our house or not.
