Reviews
Write a Reviewcompleted the job much faster than anticipated and kept their word on all they promised
Failed City inspection twice, overcharged, safety issues, took six weeks longer than we were told. They did give a discount to compensate.
You can count on this co. Quality of work is good. Dependable...
They did an excellent job on my roof windows and painting. Good to work with an great value. A pleasure to do business with. Recommend highly.
Good clean work, Not very good Customer contact with times & dates of work.
The reason I did not use them they come friendly and then come doggish when you want your money back.
Good communication
Overpriced.
The roof looks good, but overpriced in my opinion. I will say, the quality of the material and the warranty sold us on this project, and that is the reason for 3 stars on the value. We had a project manager(Gio) who we only saw once after the contract was signed and that was the day he and Greg inspected the roof after tear-off and Greg told me my roof would never pass inspection in its current condition. He suggested at a minimum I cover the existing wood with another layer at a cost of $22k. He said the 2 room additions looked like they were done without permits and asked me if I had built them myself. Finally, he said the garage rafters were not properly spaced and the inspector may require the entire roof to be rebuilt. He even implied the garage was not part of the original construction of the home. Needless to say, I called BS. I told him the same inspector that signed off on the room addition permits would be signing off on the roof. Greg said it was a roll of the dice for me to pass inspection without at least covering the roof with more wood. I said they could do the 15% wood replacement, but I wasn't paying anymore$$. Let's roll the dice. The inspector came, spent a couple of minutes on the roof, said it looks good, and signed the permit. As I said, I never really saw the project manager (Gio). If I wanted to know about scheduling so I could move cars etc, or when I had concerns about the quality of work(which I did), I had to call or text him with pics. He would eventually get back to me. Finally, I was told I would be given a receipt for the permit fee when I made the final payment. I was told this by Gio's partner Paul, who was with him the day we signed the contract. Paul said this was because every city has its own fee prices so they didn't know what it would be until they pulled it. When Jeff came to collect the final payment, he said the fee was $600, but he did not have a receipt. The cost seemed reasonable, so I paid the final payment and permit fee with a promise from Jeff that I would receive the receipt for the permit. Needless to say, I have not received my receipt. I contacted Gio and the company with no response. P.S. Just for laughs, I called the city and asked how much the permit was and they said it was $539 and change. This is no surprise.
High pressure sales, not sure if I got a good price or not, they use high sales techniques to make you feel you have to sign now. The work was done in a timely manner, the quality of the work was good the price was high. Bottom line be sure to get several quotes.
