Whenever he says he has to have all his money upfront and will be back next week to finish, he never showed and never returned calls. That was the last communciation we had with him.

I hired Carl for roof repair and gutter work and I needed it done by 10/21/17 and Carl said that he could do it and I gave a down payment of $750 and it still is not done, I have called him and no return call.
