Update: We reached an amicable resolution to rectify the issues encountered BUYER BEWARE - their contract says in super tiny hidden language that they are not responsible for any interior damage or asbestos testing. After hiring my own asbestos tester, I was informed that all construction/demolition work in California requires asbestos testing if the home is of a certain age. I am not sure how they can get away with that and not being explicit about the risk of asbestos during their initial assessment. Luckily I paid for testing myself and my home tested negative for asbestos. The damages they left is still in limbo... I hired them to replace my roof because my insurance required an updated roof in order to be covered for roof damages. I found them through HomeAdvisor and they came out immediately for a quote. The sales team was personable and very good at getting you to sign on the spot. They will tell you to sign because you have time to cancel. So, I did sign but I proceeded to get other quotes and do my research on the company. I looked at their Yelp reviews and they were not good, to which I told them I was hesitant to proceed with the contract and wanted to cancel. They told me that the Yelp page was not theirs and that I should look at their Home Advisor reviews, which are all pretty good, so I backtracked and decided to go with them. From Day 1, I felt rushed. They rushed me into signing a contract, they sent out a project manager without prior notice, set up a port-a-potty before I confirmed that I wanted to proceed with them. I have tenants in my home so I needed to make sure all parties were informed and were not pleased with this rush. When I finally decided to proceed with them (because they had the best financing package), the project manager never came back to assess the site or any potential interior openings that might cause dust and debris to get into the home. I had specifically and repeatedly asked the project manager to confirm that there would be no preparation or risk of interior impacts since my tenant has a toddler that I did not want to endanger with the construction - to which I have a text message from the project manager that they would make sure of it. They proceeded with the demolition and got dust all into my tenant's unit. My tenant was concerned about the dust and debris and even had damages to their personal property. The company made no effort to test for harmful substances and essentially said it wasn't their responsibility. I proceeded to work with their customer service who said they would test for asbestos for everyone's peace of mind, just to call back later and said they were not going to do that after talking to their management/legal team. I was left with no help but to file for insurance claims which they denied because of what the "contract" said even though their project manager wrote back to me that they would make sure that there were no risks to the interior and tenants. I have now reported their insurance to the Department of Insurance and filed a report with BBB. Since I found them through Home Advisor, I thought it was only fair to warn others that they are rather decent until something goes wrong. Additionally, I have not received my roofing certificate to this day (work was done in September 2022 and it is now February 2023) to be able to send to my insurance company so that my roof can be covered with my policy. The roof looks fine but I had a horrible experience with this company. The aftermath of their negligence is very stressful and is incomplete 6 months and counting since the work was done.
They fixed my roof in such a short time I was surprised. They were done before I got back home from work and coming back to a good roof and clean space was amazing. Thank you for being so thoughtful.
The Reliable Roofing team is amazing. They helped me surprise my parents with a new roof and they managed to take the entire thing down and put up a new one in about 18 hours! I love that they really enjoyed the challenge and had the best attitude while at it. My parents loved it.
I always dreamt of having a picture window in my home, and they helped bring that dream to life. Their design was terrific, keeping,It turns and they installed it in the perfect spot. It's truly breathtaking what they managed to do.
Their routine maintenance services have saved me from spending lots of money on costly repairs. They are very proactive and have kept my roof in perfect condition for over five years.
I was skeptical about how effective their energy-efficient windows would be, but I gave them a try all the same. They beat my expectations. My energy bills have dropped by over 50%.
I received several pitches for the roofing service on a commercial project I was in charge of. I settled on reliable Roofing because they had the right number of experts to finish the project on schedule, and they offered a free quote and a fair price. They lived up to their sterling reputation, and I've worked with them ever since.

They came on time, they were knowledge, they were very nice.
