I have since worked with Todd a couple of times and he is truly a pleasure to work with not to mention that Todd is efficient, timely, honest and personable. We had received estimates from several roofers with various recommendations and prices. My girlfriend referred me to Todd and said he was the best...and yes, he is! He came up to Mountain Center (not many will), reviewed the roof, explained in detail what he felt needed to be done. He had references with him and answered all our questions. We decided to go ahead. We belong to an HOA with strict rules and Todd took care of contacting them the same day, even though it took him 3 hours of constant calling to reach the right person. He filled out all the necessary paperwork and they approved the job. It took less than a week from that phone call to a completed job. He is extremely detailed and lets you know step by step progress. His crew is as dependable and professional as he is. Clean work done on time. We are extremely pleased with our new foam roof! I have had a roof leak for some time. I did a repair but apparently missed the leak. Reliable roofing by tgy responded promptly to my request for service, quickly assessed the problem, provided a quote range and promised work would start at 7am the next day. The workers arrived at the time promised and made the repair in one day. I was provided pictures of what was done and was told where my repair mistakes were. I was charged the low end of the quoted price and so far, no leaks. I would recommend this company.

I had called other roofers and got no response. When I called Todd he returned my call and came over the same day. They started working right away. I found Todd and his help to be efficient, thorough and very personable. I am very pleased with their job.

What a drama! Some guys were coating roofing in the neighborhood and started on my roof, too...as the quoted price was very attractive. Then, I researched the product they were using and found it was low quality, and I also found out that they were not even licensed to do roofs. I panicked! Then I called Reliable Roofing. Todd came to my rescue! He uses a high quality product, and now I feel secure that my roof is in excellent condition. Todd's price was, of course, higher, but it's definitely worth it! Instead of having to re-seal every 3-5 years, my wonderful roof will not undergo the sun damage that degrades cheaper coatings. On referral, I found Todd Young of Reliable Roofing. Recognizing the emergency repair issue, the owner, Todd, personally was at my home the same day, assessed the emergency situation began repairs immediately prior to a predicted rain storm. The charges were reasonable, the work excellent with clean up and removal of debris immediately on completion. Not a grade of grass appeared to be disturbed on completion clean up. I found the owner professional and ethical in his person and performance of the work detailed in his contract - no surprises.
