Showed up on time, on the day promised. Did such a good job I hired him to do another project, both were seamless gutters. Only asked for a small % up front to cover cost of materials. No complaints of any kind. Strongly recommend.

He worked like a dog to install a mini split. He worked hard, in the rain to get it in place and it worked, at first. Suddenly, it stopped warming. The freon, inside the unit, leaked out because of a poor job sealing up the unit. He came back and gave me the run around. Someone will stop by, fill it and seal it. He never came back, never returned my many calls and left me with a mini split that didn't work. He just quit because it was over his head.

Literally the biggest scam artist there is. Ruuunnnn. I have been contacted by many others with same experience. He is a thief.

Brad ripped me off almost $10,000!!!! I hired him back in April of 2024 to build an ADU for my personal use. I am disabled and needed a small space to call my own. He was the sweetest guy at first. FaceTimed me with his kids and we talked about GOD a lot. I mean he poured it on thick! After 3 months the excuses started coming in. They got way behind ..his help ripped him off. His brother broke his leg?.. all the while I patiently wait. In adept things took a terrible turn for me personally. I had to move into an assisted apartment. I told Brad of my problem and he said no problem, let me sell the ADU for you and when it sells, I will give your deposit back to you. Time marched Omani get excuses about the sale and the completion and then finally it sales. Before Christmas of 2024 I was told it was completed and they were waiting on the electrician and I would be getting imy money back after Christmas. Hahaha?.suddenly he avoided all calls and texts. Shame on you Brad!!

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Very deceiving and unprofessional. We hired Reliable Seamless Gutters for a new construction and paid 50% up front at end of May for installation in June. Job got pushed back due to delays from our GC which we communicated to its owner Brad two weeks in advance. When we were ready for installation in August problems started to occur. Installation dates were set a few times but no one showed up and no communication! According to Brad, his brother got injured and his work truck broke down which could explain the delays but not an excuse for lack of communication. Things got worse over time from there. Text and phone calls were ignored and the only explanation we finally received was that jobs got backed up very badly and they were super swamped with work. This continued into November and we started getting suspicious about the situation. So we contacted Brad using a different phone number acting as a new customer for a job similar to ours. Surely enough, Brad was very responsive with texting and offered to do the job within a week. Reliable Seamless Gutters came initially as a recommendation from our GC but later on our GC experienced similar difficulties with them so it is not an isolated incident. Apparently Brad prioritizes jobs based solely on his companyâ s interest and has been nonresponsive and lying for months to us. We are currently seeking legal actions against his company.

I hired them to do a project for my 81yo father who needs assistance. The plan was to put him in an ADU where he can receive personal care from my spouse and I. Unfortunately, they completely stole our trust and $6992.63. He is now house skipping with family and living out of boxes. This money was from his life savings. After making a significant upfront payment, Brad made excuses for delays and has now disappeared without anything being completed. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I was unable to resolve the issue or recover my funds. I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Brad Moradel and Hayley Ward with Reliable seamless gutters LLC to think twice. Their actions are unethical and caused my family significant and continued financial and emotional stress.

They replaced my gutters. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them.

They were prompt. They took exceptional care to match the color of the gutters that were selected and completed an outstanding job in the installation. Brad and his crew were very courteous, followed by outstanding customer service.

Bradley and his team were timely, came when they said they would, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and put a quality product up. Even better was when I noted a couple of areas that needed tweaking after a heavy rain a month after they installed... Bradly was on it within a couple of days. Fixed the issues with a smile and a thanks. Good worker and competitive pricing. He also didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need.

Brad is professional, reliable and hard-working. His pricing is also very competitive. He ad his crew replaced gutters on my house and garage/carport in one day, as promised. They are courteous and conscientious, even came back the next day to make a slight adjustment that I requested. I have recommended them to others.

Brad has just a couple of men working for him. They are very skilled , courteous and hard working. It is refreshing to hire a contractor and feel comfortable with your choice. Brad is very honest and trusting, I am very pleased to have hired him.
