We specialize in security systems for residences, businesses and schools. We install intrusion systems, access control systems, video systems, fire - smoke and heat detection systems, and intercom systems. We also install cellular radio alarm transmission systems. We have 24hour monitoring and service. All new installations come with a one year warranty on all parts and labor. We also offer free estimates . We are a custom service company we do not service or install pre purchased products!

The equipment installed was not what was requested. Equipment installed was not done correctly or completely. We were left with bare wires and nothing fully working. We were told they would only come back if we were willing to pay for more work. After months of going round with Randy, he claims no responsibility for anything within his company. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a better company! In the end, you'll actually have spent less to get a competed job. Too bad RSS isn't registered.

"We did everything we could to help this customer. they were completely satisfied when I spoke with her on the telephone, after the job was completed. They later tried to send RSS a bill for work from another company, that she authorized to come in to do service, which was about the same as the work we performed for them. We refused to pay an invoice that was out of the clear blue and unauthorized by RSS. The information supplied here is very inaccurate! It appears they were looking for a free system."

One of our security cameras stopped working. We called RSS and asked if they help us fix it. The technician came and looked what he has to look. He said he can't solve the problem. We called another company. They changed a network cable and the camera was back online. After some time we received a $150 invoice from RSS. ($25 trip charge+$125 service) We said they couldn't solve the problem and we can pay 1/3 of the invoice ($50) They said we have to pay in full or they will take legal action. I explained it was a cable problem, and they failed to fix the problem. They said their technician was supposed to look at the camera itself, not the cables of the camera, and the camera didn't have any problems. Now we have to pay $150 because RSS thinks fixing a CCTV camera doesn't involve looking at the cables that connects it to the server. Very disappointed.

"We were unfamiliar with the camera system, and were not given the correct information by the customer when we arrived. We were not able to correct the problem, that is true. We did what we could with the information we had, and spent about an hour looking for a solution. We sent them a bill for $50.00 for our time, but never threatened them to take legal action because they refused to pay."
