Reliable Services

I hired them last year. I do not know for what reason. The workers only show up for 30-40 minutes for a 2 hours job. The pine needles they clean are only done on a partial area. Most houses in the area are empty, and we are living full time. At the end of the year, the billing they gave us was really shocking. They said they did some extra jobs (which we have not noticed or been notified before the job).

Wow! Impressive! Did what they said, did it before the deadline they set for themselves! And completed everything to my satisfaction. I am one HAPPY customer!

Prompt service for a non contract customer

Service technicians (there were 2) came out the same day I called, and repaired a plumbing and electrical problem. They were very thorough, checking their work for problems. They discovered a latent defect in the parts I was using, and went to the local hardware store to buy a better product. Will call them again for future needs

Pleasant and friendly, thorough, asked lots of questions about what I wanted cleaned. They did a really nice job and I was happy with the results. Also I contacted 3 companies the day I called, this one was the only one that got back to me quickly. Even though it wa short notice, they were able to help me. Many cleaning services in Tahoe informed me that they only do vacation rentals, but this service does your personal residence. I haven't received a bill yet, so I didn't know how to answer "rate the value for your money", tho I'm sure it will be fair. I would recommend this service to Tahoe residents.

Excellent job cleaning my gutters on a roof that is difficult. Also cleaned up all pine needles that got on my 2 decks and driveway. Only negative is they did quote incorrect rate on phone. But the rate they charged was fair.

Made false statements about the conditions of my apt.

I was going to hire them again, but Heather Baker lied saying she can't expose her workers to mouse droppings. There ARE NO mouse droppings in here because I have a big Maine Coon cat that would kill any mice that came in. And even if there were, means they didn't do a good job the 1st time.
