Installed 2 toilets bath replaced, one of them has a problem. They came and fixed one time but it still continues to wobble.

PEX attic re-route performed when Reliable Sewer & Drain could not locate slab leak. Doubled the price to $5,598. First freeze, 1/13/24, uninsulated PEX pipes froze. Called Monday, 1/15/24, said theyâ d call me back, crickets. I explained to Michelle that Reliable also routed lines over my ducting, pinching it. Mentioned the pipe needed to be re-routed under the ducting. When I asked last May 2023, upon completion, should PEX be insulated? Curt responded, â only on the outside.â Four (4) days with no toilets, dishwashing, laundry, or bathing. 3 adults a 4 and 7 yr old girls. Of all places, Angi, had a very comprehensive PEX guide, was pretty clear, must insulate. Loweâ s had instructions as well. Many instruction and guidance documents state pipes of copper, PVC, and PEX must be insulated in crawl spaces, basements, and attics that are not conditioned where temperatures can get below freezing. A burst warning for 20 degrees or lower. PEX degrades each time it freezes, definitely to be avoided at all cost. The Business assumed named registration list a Nick Miller and signed by CEO Joseph Patillo. Strangely I keep getting A Nicholas Roland Villar Sr. (949) 315-5987, as the owner. I texted the number, no response, no Whoâ s this, crickets, surprise. Mr. Patillo appears to have moved on per LinkedIn to Gun Barrel city. I texted the two cell numbers from last May, 469-306-4441, blocked me. Curt, 469-818-1082, texted how to instructions, blocked me. I text the main line too, 469-525-7000, sent the Angi guide on PEX⠦⠦⠦guess what - undeliverable too, blocked. E-mailed them too⠦⠦⠦.call me SPAM now. Canâ t block the world though. They know how to block numbers but can not read, whoâ d thunk. Guess this post is safe. Invoice states Ten (10) yr warranty. Voided by yr 1, month 8. $599.80 a yearâ ¦..right, weâ ll see. Wouldnâ t even come see for themselves so I sent the pictures. My Plano water usage report for almost 4 days⠦⠦ZERO (0) gallons. So they saved my smelly A** a few dollars, Iâ m eternally grateful. Found Reliable on Thumbtack⠦⠦⠦..was my third hire⠦⠦other two were splendid. Attorney Generals Consumer division â ï¸ , BBB â ï¸ , Facebook â ï¸ , Google review â ï¸ , Yelp â ï¸ , Home Advisor â ï¸ , getting there⠦⠦City of Plano, Angi, Collin county or Dallas County civil division, pending tomorrows interviews. Iâ ve got way too much time on my hands.

We hired this company. They did a poor job and had gons of excuses. As with others, ghey quoted a high pricd and then adddd charges for shat should have been part of price. On time, polite, knowledgable , and efficient - fixed drain easlily and checked main drain with camera. There was an extra charge just for manually handling two connections.

They examined the drain gave us a great estimate and everything in a timely matter.

I was quoted $99 for their special drain cleaning, however was charged $129. When I inquired on the difference, I was told they?d get back to me. Two weeks later when I hadn?t heard back, I reached back out and was told $99 was for an accessible drain, but since the tech had to remove two screws because it was a shower drain, it was an extra $30. $30 for two screws, which I would have gladly removed myself. They never honored their $99 special, there are hidden cost and their customer service was not helpful at all once they got their payment. Bottom line is do not trust their quotes.

Only issue I had was they did not call prior to arriving at the house as they say they would. My wife was not aware as I did not call her while waiting on the call. Otherwise all good. Guys were friendly and fixed my problem .

I hired the company to replace a broken hot water circulation pump. There was a miscommunication initially regarding the size of the replacement pump. The pump they installed did not me my expectations in comparison to my old broken pump when it was working properly. I do not know whether the new pump had insufficient power to service my house or was just defective. Regardless, the company agreed to replace the newly installed pump with a new upgraded pump. The new upgraded pump works wonderfully! I am very grateful they stood behind their commitment and restored my hot water. I definitely recommend this for any plumbing needs.

Their response was very fast & saved our home from water damage. The water heater was leaking & the valve to shut it off didnâ t work. Timothy was great & he did a wonderful replacement at a good price. Very pleased with this company.

After the installation of my water heater was completed on a Saturday, I talked to the installer and told him I smelled natural gas. He said that the smell was exhaust from the unit and it would burn off. The smell got worse over the next couple of hours with the garage door closed. I turned off the gas and called Reliable back (Saturday evening) and left a message. The same installer came out on Monday and said his work was good and that I must have a gas leak in the wall. He said he would have to tear into the wall to find it but could not do it until Wednesday. The installer contacted his supervisor via his cell, I asked to speak to the supervisor, but the supervisor told the installer that he was too busy to speak to me. This was not acceptable, and I spoke to someone in the office who ended up having another representative from Reliable respond on Monday. The 2nd representative found and repaired two leaks in the copper connections which were completed by the first installer. In the estimate for the work, I was promised a 10-year warranty, new copper pipes, fittings and overflow pan. I received a water heater with a 6-year warranty, Reliable reused my old copper pipes and overflow pan. I contacted Reliable regarding the 10-year warranty and was told the manufacturer supplies a 6-year warranty and that Reliable provides the remainder of the warranty through the 10 years, this was not disclosed in the estimate; my only proof of this is an email from someone in the office when I asked about the warranty. I am a disappointed customer and would not recommend them.
