He is a thief

This is the third time we have asked Reliable Masonry and Chimney to complete a project at our home. Excellent workmanship with attention to every detail. Professional and prompt. Installed patio with ghost wood ceiling last summer. Repaired and installed new fireplace box this winter. Completely finished our basement including new ceiling, sheetrock and custom made barn door. We would highly recommend Reliable Masonry and Chimney.

This is an update to my earlier review. Jesse contacted me and gave me a reasonable explanation on my issues. He completed the wall and it looks great. The wall was still completed within the bounds of the contract. He even fixed a minor issue with the wall that I didnt even notice. The stairs he out in have granite treads and look amazing as well. many neighbors have commented on how great it looks. If my other review is still up, donâ t use it as a basis for hiring or not.

Same as Patricia P. I hired them, they have done 80% of the wall, which looks pretty good, and then have not seen them but three hours in the last month and a half. I have a stack of brick on the ROW and kids at the bus stop hang around it. Pile of rocks that they play on too. I called to ask what is up and he said they would be here the following Monday but no called and no-showed. Unfortunately, he has a month to finish the job until I throw him off my property.

Initially we were impressed because he seemed very responsible, he showed up to do the work, but then he failed to do the work as promised and he never responded to our phone calls, and we have been waiting over 3 months

After 6 days of rescheduling and 3 days of work my hearth is falling apart and I will need to hire another contractor to rebuild the work. Very disappointed

Competent and only charged for what needed to be done, Paid less than I expected.

So far he is doing a great job, unfortunately the weather is not cooperating. I am sure he will complete the job as soon as possible, weather permitting. He is easy to work with and reliable. I cant wait to see the end result.

Jesse came out and gave me an estimate. Very responsible prices. He will be out to do the work within 2 weeks.

I called Reliable Masonry & Chimney to look at a patio project we were looking to have done. Jesse came out the next day and provided a fair priced estimate and was able to begin the project the following Monday. Despite some unpleasant weather, their finished product blew our expectations out of the water. If you’re thinking about installing a patio don’t make the mistake calling someone else.
