Justin installed a new heating system for us and did some plumbing work. We were very satisfied and grateful for his responsiveness to all our questions.

We had three companies coming the same day and Justin came out in front. He measured the areas where equipment would be installed, recommended rain shields, which the others did not. On the day of the install they were here at the time promised - worked well and very efficiently. I asked different questions on how it all worked and they were great about explaining everything. Once done they went over the controls and all the unit can do and cleaned up everything - wouldn't know they were here. Highly recommend them and would use them again for future work.

Of the three quotes I received, Justin was by far the best. His workmanship was amazing, the new system was completely installed in two days and the performance exceeds anything we had anticipated.

Justin was very fair with pricing, prompt, efficient and quite personalble. He installed a new Bosch Greenstar radiant gas boiler and updated some realted piping making the whole system more efficient. Cleaned up afterward. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. Very pleased with the whold process. He assured us if we need anything, give him a call. Thumbs up Justin!

Justin Francke and his partner who helped him with the installation are awesome...They got to my house bright and early, hustled in the nasty cold rain to get my new Mitsubishi heat pumps up and running in my very large and old house all in one day. For the first time in the 6.5 years I've lived here, this house has good air quality! I was able to turn off the gas heat and let the heat pumps do their thing all last night. Never before been able to turn off the heat this time of year until now. It's absolutely worth the time and investment for anyone to get a Mitsubishi heat pump installed in their home. I would highly recommend Justin and Reliance Energy Service to get it done !
