The technician who came out to the house was very professional and HONEST. I had done my research before hand and wanted to see what they would say. He told me what I needed to repair the gas furnace but also gave me the option of a new furnace at different price points. I will be hiring them again for my other projects. Sincerely Single female in a house.

Reliance will take money from your bank account. Be sure to keep an extremely close watch over your bank account if you ever make the mistake of doing business with these criminal filth. Reliance will quietly take money from your bank account with monthly deductions for years and years after you have ended your contract with them. I strongly recommend that you never do any business with these crooks. EDIT: One Reliances criminals contacted me by phone about this review shortly after I posted it on google which was very creepy. After learning the facts he apologized for the company getting caught with its greedy hands in my bank account. He claims that Reliance will be returning the money they took from me, but I will not believe that until it actually happens. Again, I urge you in the strongest possible terms not to do business with these parasitic vermin. If you are currently doing business with them I urge you to cancel your contract(s) immediately and watch your bank balance like a hawk for the next several years to ensure these filth are not taking from you as well.

John was very hardworking and excited about his job. He trouble shot the issue and had options for a temp fix and/or full fix, with recommendations moving forward. We appreciated his tenacity although it was an early Saturday work call. He also gave us a full price breakdown so we could make the best decision financially with regards to the repair we wanted. In the end we will make it another year before we need a replacement and I look forward to working with his company for the install!

The customer service from Reliance Home Comfort is outstanding! With the heat wave the owner offered to come to my house after hours, after he'd worked all day, to make sure that my AC was running. My issue wasn't an emergency so I told him to just send a tech the next day. I got great service from a skilled, polite tech, John. He found and fixed the problem while allowing me to ask questions as he worked. I learned a lot! I would recommend Reliance without any reservations.

They were on time and found the problem quickly and got my furnace running at the time when did the service call.

I had been living with an original A/C and furnace unit since I bought my house. Every year I froze in the winter and sweated in the summer. When my downstairs unit finally gave out, I was referred to Reliance Home Comfort. I must say that Reliance Home Comfort were the utmost professionals and completed the job ahead of schedule! I am now sitting in a nice "toasty" house and can finally sleep in my downstairs master bedroom. Thank you Derrick, from Reliance Home Comfort, for the great job your folks did. I appreciated you keeping me informed every step of the way as you ordered parts and explained the work that you would complete. Would highly recommend! They also replaced my kitchen faucet with a brand new unit! Did the job in no time and I had my kitchen faucet working like a charm. Both my wife and I are extremely happy with their work.
