Furnace went out during cold spell. Inquired about Reliant on HomeAdvisor and received call from them. HomeAdvisor contacted Marcin and he called me almost immediately. Scheduled appointment for that afternoon. Marcin arrived in time window that he stated, looked the situation over and gave me an approximate estimate. I hired Reliant to do the work and Marcin and his helper replaced my furnace two days later. During the replacement (which took almost 6 hours), they were extremely professional/efficient, courteous, left the utility room clean and had the new furnace running. They also installed a water heater that I had purchased. Marcin procured a permit from the City of Thornton at my request. Inspector had minor issue with some venting. When I contacted Marcin about it, he came out and corrected the problem. Over-all, I was extremely pleased with Reliant and highly recommend them for issues related to Heating and Air Conditioning. It was a pleasure dealing with Marcin. I will use them in the future, if the need arises.

These guys did a great job from spending the time with Marc up front to go through all the options to staying late to go through every last detail of the new system and controls. Family run business with hard work and strong customer service is a rare thing these days.

Upon moving into our new home, we identified a leak in our new boiler due to a faulty install. Marc and team at Reliant were already working on other projects and quickly made the fix at an incredibly reasonable rate. Anything plumbing related, Reliant should hands down be on your short list. They are quite frankly the best professional services company I've ever hired; and not just for plumbing.

I have used Reliant for evap-cooler install and boiler repair - however it was this beast of a project that made me a customer for life. On the day Marc and his family business, which includes his father and brothers, were installing my evap-cooler system, he overheard me lamenting about the problems I was having with our home well and the pump that powered our sprinkler system. Marc agreed to help me and set off a three day project that became the bane of both of our existences. :) It became Marc's mission to complete the task and Reliant fixed something that 2 other companies couldn't figure out. Reliant is hands down one of the best companies I've ever hired and they take professionalism and the quality of their work well beyond what most companies provide. Simply the best in CO, hands down.

We sought multiple bids for this work and ultimately selected Reliant Heating based on the professionalism of Marc in his presentation and the price. What we received as clients absolutely blew past our expectations. From beginning to end the whole Reliant team worked incredibly hard, was accommodating, knowledgeable, and installed an evap-cooler system for my house that we are incredibly pleased with. Reliant provided an excellent product, an excellent installation, and excellent customer service. Their team of installation professionals was highly skilled. They did a great job with a complicated installation, were attentive to all details, and met all of our requirements. They treated our home like it was their home, and did everything they said they would do. I would definitely hire them again!

I picked Reliant , not only for the best bid price, but because of the way Mark explained the replacement of the new boiler. The estimate spelled out every detail, and was completely fulfilled.
