Furnace went out during cold spell. Inquired about Reliant on HomeAdvisor and received call from them. HomeAdvisor contacted Marcin and he called me almost immediately. Scheduled appointment for that afternoon. Marcin arrived in time window that he stated, looked the situation over and gave me an approximate estimate. I hired Reliant to do the work and Marcin and his helper replaced my furnace two days later. During the replacement (which took almost 6 hours), they were extremely professional/efficient, courteous, left the utility room clean and had the new furnace running. They also installed a water heater that I had purchased. Marcin procured a permit from the City of Thornton at my request. Inspector had minor issue with some venting. When I contacted Marcin about it, he came out and corrected the problem. Over-all, I was extremely pleased with Reliant and highly recommend them for issues related to Heating and Air Conditioning. It was a pleasure dealing with Marcin. I will use them in the future, if the need arises.
