Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
This has been the most frustrating experience in my life. They said the project would take a day and a half. It has been 2 weeks and there is NO end in sight. They do not believe in keeping the customer informed about the status of the project. They say "somebody will contact you- but nobody does. They left the work site in an unsafe condition. Repeated request to remedy the situation have been ignored. First and last time user of Angie's services. I am non verbal. NO PHONE CALLS. I want to see someone in person .

I had a very simply project. I requested that they replace a toilet with one that I had purchased. I gave them all of the information regarding the new toilet and I purchased it and had it available for installation. They refused to quote the installation because their guy had to asses the situation . That should have been my first red flag. He came out to asses the situation" and started by saying the new toilet (for which I had already provided the information) was a single piece toilet that would be heavier and harder to install and would therefore cost more to install. I pointed out to him that it came in 2 pieces. He then pivoted to, this is not a standard toilet installation and would therefore cost more to install. Again, he did nothing new to assess the situation than the information I had provided ahead of time over the phone. His cost to remove and install a toilet was $550. I said I would find someone else to do the installation. Lousy bunch of con artists.

Very helpful, was able to unclog my tub drain and replaced the cartridges in the miding valves. A little pricy, but what plumber isn't now days.

Roman was very professional and expert at this job It was a 250 yr old cabin that required much expert knowledge in plumbing We were very happy with he and allan RAMON was the person we dealt with most He was extremely kind respectful and patient with my 82 yr old mother I would recommend this company over any company ive used in the last 10 yrs 5 Stars is not high enough We own THE BROKEN SPOKE in austin 60 yrs We do not hand out % stars offen Terri White dance instructor / daughter to owner

We had a leak in our backyard that 4 other companies couldn't locate. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, Steven identified the leak and within an hour, he provided us with an estimate and fixed the problem. I can't say enough great things about the service he provided along with the company's expediency. I am so grateful! Steven is awesome and a great technician.

Replaced my outdoor faucet quickly that I couldn't budge with my tools. Answered all my other plumbing questions. Price was high, but I've never seen a plumber or electrician charge less than a couple hundred no matter how simple. I have peace of mind though with the year warranty.

Charged $90 to come out and give estimate. Estimate was for two valves to be replaced for my side of the water main at $1280. The estimate did not give a cost break down on total. Job only took hour and half. After looking up the parts, the retail price for two valves was $250. So the remaining balance of $950 went to labor and company overhead. There were two plumbers there. One master plumber and his apprentice. The work done seemed to be high quality work. Showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. After seeing how much I was charged, I sent an email to company. I asked for itemized receipt. They refused. I asked for cost break down. They refused. They stated prices are based of industry standards. It is impossible to determine the industry standards for our area. How does one look that up? Because they charge you for estimate, you are locked into first estimate as you do not wanna inccur other estimate fees from other companies. I asked for manager to call. I had appt for 3pm next day and manager did call at 3pm. After lengthy conversation and explanation of costs, I received a $100 refund which I do not believe is a acceptable amount. I suggest you hire plumbers that can give cost breakdowns and not use industry standards because using industry standards allows companies to charge whatever they want without any recourse for the customer.
