They came out twice. DID replace wax seals under toilets. But main problem is leak in wall behind a kitchen wall. Said they'd be back on July 9 by 8:00 am. I've called them 2 times since 8 am and no reply. Mailbox full at 3rd call. No reply from first 2 calls. If no contact by 5 pm, they will not get anymore of my business. As it is right now... I wont hire anything else to be done, PERIOD. If they don't want the job, at least give me warning. As it is, I have to find another company. Very unhappy.

Very responsive scheduling, arrived early, very efficient, courteous and professional. Complete removal of 26-year-old, leaking water heater and replacement with a new one. Price very reasonable and much less than other bidders. Reliant is now my plumbing company and I couldn't be more satisfied. Excellent all around!!!

Responded immediately to my request. Came out when they said. Did what they said they would do. Reasonably priced.

I had a faucet put in our kitchen. We had a purified water faucet next to it. The main faucet was put in fine and works well but after they put in the main faucets there is no purified water from the other faucet. It was my understanding they were trying to find a different faucet for the purified water but they never came back or showed up again.

The guys were extremely knowledgeable, eager to help, and friendly. The price was more than fair for the completed jobs.

Was given a very fair price for work and were able to come out essentially that next day. They were able to do invoicing for me which is a big deal as it seems most plumbers require payment upon delivery were as I was able to be emailed an invoice and pay over the phone when I had the chance. They fixed a toilet that another plumber had botched doing a wax seal and T bolt kit. Had flushing issues and the previous plumber said it needed to be replaced, but instead all it needed was a new fill kit. I had them come out to my second rental property to fix a spigot that they weren't able to access because it required cutting into the drywall on the interior through a residents room and instead of charging me a service charge to come out told me to just call them when they would have access to the room again. I'll definitely use them again and if their customer service continues to stay the same will continue to use them.

Responded in 4 hours to water heater outage and had running within 5 hours

They showed up on time and were very nice and a pleasure to do business with.

Did a great job but he had mentioned a small quick fix to tide me over, but when I checked it out, it had not been done. Very personable, very polite, and showed up on time.

Reliant Plumbing has employed an expert team who worked diligently to fix multiple difficult to find sewage and drain issues in two bathrooms. They kept me constantly informed and aware of choices and costs of the repair! Just purchased my home a couple weeks ago and wished I'd hired these guys to test the capacity of the sewage pipes and drains ahead of time, so that I could have know these issues existed prior to the closing; the inspector missed this easy find. After assessing their completed work and talking to other pros, I know for sure the Reliant Plumbers' quote was spot on and believe they were working more efficiently and saved me money by working together---constantly checking in with their manager to convey new blockers popping up. Time is money and the guys never even stopped to take a break, until they were sure the job was almost done! Another unrelated troublesome issue arose just after they got to the next job, but they were back again within a couple hours. They assessed and found a separate issue, made a plan and returned early the next day to complete the job in the quickest time, so that I could get back to enjoying me new vintage home in Mid Town Tulsa Oklahoma! Never doubted the estimate, never doubted how trustworthy; comfortable for me to run a fast errand and leave them to working inside and outside of my home. I took pictures and sent the invoice to my son (located in a far away state) who happens to also be a plumber--- he complimented a great job done and I feel much happiness know that I got connected with Reliant Plumbing through this online web request.... if only all contractors could learn from this group--- I hope to never have any further repairs needed but if I do, I know Reliant Plumbers are a phone call or text away!! Thank you!!!! Recommending them every chance I get!

Project: Install new sump pump in French Drain system. Professional job was done. Pleasant to work with. My project was not an emergency so had to do a bit of "chasing" them to get install date but happy with outcome.

Arrived on time, professional job was done, clean!!, cleaned up as they went !!! I couldn't have asked for a better service!! Highly recommend. I had a regular toliet removed and replaced with new one.

came out to bid on Memorial Day and was out 1st thing Tues and completed the job. Also did extra work to bring up to code with no extra charge
