We discovered that we had a slab leak under our home and defaults pipes (Kitec).. our bad experience began the moment the salesman arrived. He applied high pressure tactics, not allowing us any time to review the details. We thought things would turn around once the mail plumbers arrived. Everything seemed to progress well until the lead plumber inadvertently cut into one of our support columns that holds up our second floor. The company sent out an engineer to inspect the damage and later paid for the repairs. When we requested a cop of the engineering report the company stonewalled, claiming they were waiting on the other parties. When we checked with the other parties, they confirmed that their information had been sent to Reliant. We followed up with phone calls and emails for more than four months seeking resolution to our problem. As of my writing this, nothing has been resolved. The company continues to ignore our emails and phone calls. The plumbers are competent and generally do a good job, itâ s management that doesnâ t care and nor do they honor their word.

I couldn't be more impressed! Our water heater stopped working on a friday night. I called Reliant @ 9:00am on a very rainy Saturday morning. To my pleasure, our service tech, Alan Torres showed up within a couple of hours. He and his partner diagnosed our situation and gave us 3 different options to repair/adjust/replace our current hot water heater situation... I'd highly recommend these folks Sammy

Charged $90 to come out and give estimate. Estimate was for two valves to be replaced for my side of the water main at $1280. The estimate did not give a cost break down on total. Job only took hour and half. After looking up the parts, the retail price for two valves was $250. So the remaining balance of $950 went to labor and company overhead. There were two plumbers there. One master plumber and his apprentice. The work done seemed to be high quality work. Showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. After seeing how much I was charged, I sent an email to company. I asked for itemized receipt. They refused. I asked for cost break down. They refused. They stated prices are based of industry standards. It is impossible to determine the industry standards for our area. How does one look that up? Because they charge you for estimate, you are locked into first estimate as you do not wanna inccur other estimate fees from other companies. I asked for manager to call. I had appt for 3pm next day and manager did call at 3pm. After lengthy conversation and explanation of costs, I received a $100 refund which I do not believe is a acceptable amount. I suggest you hire plumbers that can give cost breakdowns and not use industry standards because using industry standards allows companies to charge whatever they want without any recourse for the customer.
