I had roof damage due to hurricane IRMA. Reliant fit me in as soon as they could and finished the job on time.

Reliant did our entire roof. Our home is quite large, 6000 sq ft In Queens Harbour., Jacksonville.They were totally professional and I was pleased that we selected them.

Reliant was professional, timely, and communicative throughout the entire process. The estimate was provided before the end of the initial visit and inspection, and the estimator provided a through and informative presentation and booklet. The second visit was for a detailed measurement by part of the installation team to make sure everything was accurate which is a good thing since they have to make it come together at the end. Once the material came in they were quick to set up the installation. The installation had to occur over two days since the first day did not start until around noon. The team was professional, did a nice job, and cleaned up well after the work was completed. The hurricane shutters fit and operated as expected. Overall we are very pleased with the work and highly recommend Reliant for Hurricane shutter work.

Reliant is the most dependable roofing company I've worked with. Communication is very important and they excelled. Very reliable showing up for sales appointments. I understood what work would be done and possible extra work such as plywood replacement. All paperwork and permitting was handled by Reliant staff. They provided a check list and video to prepare me for the re-roofing. I knew when the material would be delivered and when the dumpster would arrive several days ahead of delivery. The work was completed in one day. Next day 3 Reliant supervisors inspected the roof before the city inspector's approval. They provided the home inspector for the wind mitigation inspection which I sent to my insurance provider for a premium discount. They had my paver driveway pressure washed after the work was completed. It was all good.

They helped us with ever step from calling the insurance carrier, being there when the insurance adjuster came out and even checking after work was completed. They worked with insurance to get proper coverage providing local and state codes for compliance. Very happy with our new roof ð

Overall great experience with Reliant... we were very impressed with their professionalism, the constant communication, and the quality of work. We have used other roofing companies in the past and I would say none of them compare with this company. They are one of the larger roofing contractors in town, and I see why they have grown to the size they are. Each person we dealt with was always quick to respond and very friendly. Very nice thank you package sent to us in the mail as well. Would definitely hire them again.
