Made the call and the technician was there when they said they would be there. They did a complete inspection of my sprinkler system, replaced heads and re-programed my controller. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was! Other companies I contacted never even called me back!

The only set-back was how long it took to set up an appointment. I had called a few times over the course of a few months and didn't get a follow-up as promised. Maybe this is "par for the course" when it comes to the type of job for which I was hiring them. However, when we finally connected, the representative was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the resolution. So, as frustrating as the initial miscommunications may have been, I was very satisfied with the work completed.

The crew was excellent. They arrived quickly and worked very efficiently. They were very helpful and flexible when they came upon unexpected conditions. They did excellent work.

I would recommend not to pay in full until complete service is provided.I need to have the sod they tore out to be removed and disposed they previously agreed to take of this.

The staff was very prompt with their work and they did a fine job. The price was reasonable. They came and pruned the trees the SAME DAY we called for an estimate and the cut branches were taken away. Now that's customer service!!
