OMG Mr. Young Kim was excellent. He came out on Tuesday gave us a quote and came out Wednesday morning to repair. It was a little larger of a job then he was expecting but seriously he kept the quote as is and gave us a 5yr warranty. Said call him if anything happens. I will most definitely use him again for home improvement projects. I'm keeping his name and phone number in my book. He's super friendly.

We had a roof leak near a skylight tube. Mr. Kim showed up early the next day (on time) and fixed the problem within an hour. He guaranteed the work! OM - Mr. Kim fixed the problem while we were waiting for proposals from other contractors. We still do not have those other proposals. Impressive!

Young was very responsive, came to give an estimate when he said, and was honest about needing to modify his initial estimate that was based on a photo after seeing in person a particular challenge with our job but kept his price very reasonable. He was very conscientious about social distancing including wearing a mask. The repair job was performed well and he arrived on time and completed it quickly.

Young Kim repaired cedar shakes on my roof that were ruined by squirrels. I interviewed 6 services for estimates and they all said they could not repair but could only replace. Young Kim was prompt and did a wonderful job for a fair price.

The roof repair man (Kim) showed up at my home exactly when he said he would and seemed knowledgeable and was friendly. He got onto the roof and repaired 4 holes left by a DirecTV satellite dish that fell over. He charged $150 which I think is quite reasonable. I would certainly recommend him .
