Tim was great. All calls were returned promptly. He did find mold and showed us where it was. He also had a moisture reader and told us where suspected mold could be that we could not see behind the walls. He sent out a quote for the removal and it was a fair price. He is very trustworthy and I would recommend Rem Tek.

RemTek was very professional and honest. My Radon level was at 10.4 when I called them and within a day of their installation it was below 1 and has averaged .5 in the 3 weeks since. Outstanding results.

Tim Darnell and the RemTek team did a good job cleaning up my attic. Once on site and the work began, Tim informed me the mold was not as pervasive as orginally expected and therefore I did not need the seal coating treatment. My charges were reduced by 35%.

Owner came to my house and was intending to do an air evaluation. He spent an hour at my house and determined that the $250 test was not necessary and gave me recommendations to keep the moisture out of my basement. Not too many people would do that. He did not charge me a penny. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a concern with mold.
