Wade was a pleasure to work with considering I live out of state! My second home is in Dayton, ohio and the communiation was outstanding. Wade kept me informed and even sent pictures as the work progress! I am very pleased with my new roof and would definitely recommend and us this company again. Very professional group!

I called Rembrandt and talked directly to Wade. He was tied up on other projects but "squeezed" me in to give an estimate. He was so professional and clear as to what the the problem might be that we agreed he could handle the problem on the spot.He was personable and knowledgeable. We agreed on the costs of the repair and he made the effort in an efficient and effective way. I appreciated his rapid and timely response...it rained very hard last night!

Wade and the rest of the guys at Rembrandt were very professional. Anyone who knows me knows I do not hand out 5 star ratings easily. I rarely complain but I also have pretty high standards and expectations. I have also been a roofer in the past and have to say I was very impressed with the quality and speed in which they completed this project. Following the high winds in my area there were several of my neighbors who also needed their roofs repaired. I have not seen a single house on my block match the quality of the roof that the guys at Rembrandt put on my house nor have I seen any of the contractors complete the other roofs in the amount of time that it took for these guys to finish mine. Fantastic job by everyone!

He called me back to follow up and schedule the repair. Was on time and did a good job. Came to my house to do an estimate the same day I submitted the request online.

I was out of state and Wade worked with my insurance company to get estimate and initial insurance paper work done. He then did an excellent job finishing the job. Did job like he would have done on his own home. Very pleased.

It's all about the money with this guy, nothing else. He is a big braggart of himself to get your money. And he makes sure he stays on top of you about getting the insurance money checks endorsed and to him on a timely basis. He never misses an appointment to pick them up. Then he's lazy, inconsiderate, rude. Late for every appointment to arrange for the work and sign the contract. Lied about when to pay my deductible to him and when I called him on it, he denied it and got belligerent about it in my garage. Didn't tell me about reattaching my satellite dish. Also lied about being able to re-attaching a satellite dish and getting a signal when this came up. This is going to cost you another $100 to have your dish company come out and do it. Dishes cannot be re-attached and you just get a signal. They have to be 're-tuned' and roofers cant do that! Always had an excuse for not being able to schedule my install. Always had some excuse why he couldn't call me back with an appointment. I had to call him every single time to try to find out when my roof would be done. Roofing crew just showed up one Saturday morning. I had to cancelled an out of town trip because of this. Wade never came around until the end of the job to ensure I got the depreciation check from the insurance company to him asap. This guy is real low class, you can do better. Then he wanted me to recommend him to my neighbors. Ah NO!! Makes me wonder how well my new roof was done.

Wade was prompt in giving us an estimate, and flexible in setting the time to start the job,. The price was very fair. Once a date was set, the workers arrived early that morning and worked diligently until they finished the job that evening. They cleaned up afterwards and they treated our home with care.
