I had a good experience using Remco Appliance Repair. Despite some initial problems being able to fit my new dishwasher in it's place Rich was able to work miracles and make it work! The dishwasher has been installed now for two weeks and seems to be working perfectly. I will be calling Rich with my future appliance install/repair needs.

Richard arrived on time, was very pleasant, and completed the repairs to our satisfaction. He explained what needed to be fixed and why. He was able to get needed parts quickly and return promptly to finish the job. We really appreciated his extra effort in scheduling our work to be completed before Christmas.

My Installer was very polite and arrived on time. He did a very good job with installing the dishwasher but on the other appliances the job was not up to expectations.I live in an old house and the electrical was not on par with what the new cooktop and wall oven required. My installer did not point out that the oven required a 30amp circuit and I only had 20. He also did not point out that my 40 amp circuit for the cooktop was really 2 20amp circuits running in parallel. (as I found out later this is a potential hazard and potentially bad for the appliance.) I ended up hiring an electrician to upgrade the electrical and finish the install.

"On my latest review in minneapolis was soposed to take me maximum of 2hrs and thirty mins,but it took me about twice the time,because his inwall oven was wider than the older oven,so i took twice of the time i told about the wiring was not up to code,i was even late for my other appointments for that day the house is a very old house,i told him what i know so i shouldn't be responsible for the wirings in his i did my job plus more that i did not charge him for,and he evn told me that his father inlaw is An Electrician,so he needs to talk to him about that,because I'm HVAC/R and Appliance Technician.Thanks"

Rich was an absolute professional! He SAVED THE DAY! Not only was he thorough but he was a wonderfully nice guy! I gave him 5 stars but I would like to be able to give him 10! He just couldn't have been nicer and more competent and professional. We will hire him again for sure.
