Kevin Turner arrived on time, knew exactly what I wanted done, gave a fair reasonable estimate on the job, so I choose him. We scheduled the install the next week. Again he was early, knew what to do when he ran into a problem. He couldn't do enough to ensure excellent service. Worked for hours, didn't stop for lunch and cleaned everything when he was finished. I have already recommend Remedy Electric to a few friends.

I was very satisfied with the work Kevin performed ( installed new circuits, re-wired existing circuits, added new recessed lights ) He was professional, competent and reasonably priced the job. I will without hesitation use Kevin for any future electrical work and am comfortable in referring him.

He was the first electrician to call, he came out and put up my lights that afternoon and was reasonable.

finished job quickly and thoroughly. responded to request for service quickly.

I contacted Kevin Turner of Remedy Electric and he came out to my location and charged me $90.00 to locate my problem (I paid him cash). He stated that he located the problem at the meter and he needed a part to fix it. He then left stating that he would be back the next day to put the part in. He never came back or contacted me. I then call him and I was told that he did not get the part yet but as soon as he did he would be back out to make the repair. I call him several times with the same result that he never found the part. This went on for over a week and he never called me I always had to call him. I them contacted another electrician and he came right out. He located the problem and repaired it within 15 minutes (He did not need a part to repair it). I would not recommend Remedy Electric to anyone. I am very disappointed in his service. Kevin Turner was very nice but he did not know what he was doing nor did the company care about their customers.
