Replace our failed water heater within 24 hours. Great price. Better service! Ended up needing a more expensive water heater than originally quoted but honored the quoted price. (Despite my offering to pay the difference)

My water heater went out and was leaking and a valve to turn the water off to the rest of the house had broke as well and started leaking. I called several other companies on this website and they all turned me away for being 45 minutes away and others did not answer and 1 answered and hung up without saying anything. Remedy plumbing and heating had said they would be out in the morning to fix the problem. I offered some pictures and they seen the problems and were able to see what they were and gave me an estimate to get the job done. Their employee Brad showed up on time and was able to get everything done in a timely manner. He was also very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions as well. He was very professional about everything and I will be recommending Remedy Plumbing and Heating to others if they need any plumbing and heating services done. They are a great company and have great customer service to go along with it. I will be calling them for any other projects that I will have in the future. I recommend Remedy plumbing and heating to anyone that is looking for these types of services.

They had a 4 hour response time even from 1 hour away from my house , and had the water heater replaced in less than 1 1/2 hour , the technician was very friendly and knew what he was doing, we then had an exhaust venting problem because I have a wood furnace using up the oxygen in the basement and the Boss even came out from Fon Du Lac to help figure it out. I'd recommend this company to anyone in the future ! Thanks Again Guys Mark R
