RE Mendez is a man of his word. He and his crew did an excellent job of removing the old driveway and installing a new driveway. They did the job in 2 days and came back the third day and cleaned up the area and restored some of the grass. In my opinion he knows this business. He is a pleasant person to work with. He has some difficulty in communicating over the phone but don't let that discourage you as in person we communicated ok.

Do not let his bad English let you think that he is incapable. He knows concrete and does a very good job. Make sure you properly communicate your need so there are no misunderstandings.

I really wanted to give Eduardo a 5 across the board because he promptly returned all of my calls and emails and showed up early on the day he promised me he would be at my house. The issues I have are mistakes his crew made that could not be fixed. I had a large patio poured in the backyard and a sidewalk in the front. The patio looks great except they missed some very obvious spots with the stain and then sealed right over them. The sidewalk is worse. In one spot, it's bulging out where it looks like they did not put enough support on the form on one side.

He is basically a one man operation - and can be overworked but if you stay with him he will do a good job. It is hard to find quality concrete work for small jobs - he is good.

I needed my driveway replaced and tree roots cut away. I obtained several estimates and was referred to Mr. Mendez. He was the best estimate and the work is excellent. He was so reasonable that I added a section next to the driveway and he was very accommodating with the changes. The work was done in an extremely timely and efficient manner. Courteous, dependable and left everything tidy when complete. I have already referred others to him, based on the work he did for me.

Most competitive price. Very good quality. Arrived on time and completed job as promised in one day. Cleaned up perfectly. This job was done for my daughter in Brazoria County. I wish that they were here in Dallas so I could get them to do more work for me. Highly recommended

I would definitely recommend them. They were the lowest quote of three that we received and they did more. They showed up when scheduled and did a very nice job. They were able to redo part of our driveway and walkway that had cracked and was retaining water. It really worked in this last rain storm. They were also very conscientious about cleaning up.

Did an excellent job on time

They were able to schedule us very fast... They were on time, charged us exactly what was quoted up front (which was much lower than 3 other quotes received), very friendly and the quality was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Although our project was small, they treated us just like you would expect to be treated on any project big or small.

Very nice to deal with. Also was here about 15 minutes before they said they would, and came ready to work. Also when they were finished they left the place clean. No cussing, and just nice to have around. I will have them back if ever needed again.

You cant go wrong with Remendez. He himself did the work. My project consist of 700sq ft of concrete patio/slab. They finished it in 2 days working 5 hours/day. Unlike other contractors who will give you the runaround, Remendez kept his words and was always on time.

Good work and conscious about customer satisfaction.

I am pleased with the job but wish we would have discussed color first. The concrete is a dark grey and I would have preferred a white concrete. Also, there is a bit of a mess left behind as the grassy area on 2 sides has a lot of mushy concrete on it.
