From the contract signing til the project was underway was over one year and not much before the actual work started we had little information on project status. The salesman who we worked with failed to include final details about elements we presumed were a part of the project and we found that some basic details we expected were therefor only done with added cost. The final project in general and the work crew were both great and we ended up with an excellent finished addition.

Jack is a very nice person and I do not doubt they can do a good sun room. However, they quoted us for almost 2,000 square feet of LVT install on main floor. They subbed it out to a third party and throughout the whole process there was minimal to no communication from him about when to expect the job completed. Without going into detail, there were various issues that came up throughout installation and even more recent. Overall, not happy with the results, poor communication, poor craftsmanship. At end of the day I'm sure their work for sunrooms is much better.

This company sweet talked us and we paid them over $12000 for a cedar deck. About nine months after the project, the aluminum spindles were falling out. They came to put those back in place. Now the railings are shaking and wobbly. There are cracks in the wood. At least one joint is separated. Large wood splinter is noted in one of the posts. The steps are wobbly. The most frustrating part of my dealing with them is they donâ t pick or return my calls anymore. They were nice at the front end. Now with problems with the deck, they are refusing to own the problems and treating us as the problem. We are just frustrated.

Contractor stayed on top of every facet of the project with little dead time with sub-contractors. He constantly was calling to keep me updated on the progress and letting me know who would be coming the next day. All subcontractors were very professional and courteous understanding that we were still living in the house and even had house guests during the project.
