Let’s face it, home renovations can be a nightmare. They are dirty and disruptive, and weeks can feel like months. I’ve gone through a few remodels over the years and working with Remodel Right has been one of the most stress-free experiences. I’ve received multiple estimates for my kitchen remodel, but Remodel Right stood out. After meeting with Kristen, I had a very clear idea of what my kitchen would look like, what it would cost and what some of the unknowns might be. Kristen took the time to meet with me to discuss any and all ideas. Most importantly, I have zero finesse when it comes to design and Kristen‘s suggestions and guidance made things so much easier. Billy took over the project and was approachable, communicative, and quick to address any of my questions or concerns. Like any remodel, things can come up unexpectedly, and Kristen and Billy were problem solvers. There was not a single issue that didn’t have a solution, which I really appreciated. Mother/son RR team (Kris and Billy Ball) offered suggestions in design and possibilities that not only made our remodel look professional but also timely. Review of Remodel Right We decided to upgrade parts of our house...the two bathrooms, part of the kitchen, and part of a closet. Through some friends we decided to hire Remodel Right to effect these changes. We were introduced to Kris and Billy and had totally enjoyable times discussing what the changes would become. They kept us informed and made certain that the work being done was correct and of the highest quality. They were/are always open to changes even during construction.
