I do not recommend this company. They misrepresented themselves. They are contractors and sub out all the work. Communication between the project manager, home owner and the subcontractors is very poor. The project manager was rarely on the job and often didn't return calls. I never know who or if someone would show up to work on my bathroom. Whey were more expensive then other companies. We hired them because they told use the job would take one and a half weeks and their employees had the experiance and expertise for our job. It tool 5 weeks and the floor of the bathroom was not done to our specifications. Now that we have paid them, I have trouble getting them to return my calls. If you want anything custom, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY .

"We are very sorry for your unhappiness with the process of having your bathroom remodeled. While we do understand your concerns, we regret that there is nothing that we can do regarding your floor. The Project Manager has been to visit your home to address your concern, but it is not possible for us to slope the entire bathroom floor to allow it to drain into the shower drain. Had this been requested in advance we would have informed you as such prior to the work being done. It is our understanding that you are very happy with the quality of the work done on your bathroom other than the fact that you are unable to spray down the entire room to have it drain into the shower drain. We are sorry about the issues you had with communication on the job, and that you felt that the Project Manager was not present often enough on site. It is our understanding that due to your frustrations you were sent a gift card to a restaurant of your choice. We hired Remodel USA to Remodel our master bathroom. The sales experience and the end result were wonderful. The design was terrific! We had issues with the management of the project. Either our PM was overworked or poorly organized. The crew executing the job was often without materials or direction. We ended up spending most of the time directing the crew, running to the supplier to get materials, etc. This resulted in delays in completion of the work. However, to Remodel USAs credit, they worked with us to get things back on track and compensated us for inconveniences. They made sure we were completely satisfied with the end results. Our bathroom is wonderful now. We would hire Remodel USA for future jobs.

Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, came prepared to demonstrate the choices we had to make, and explained how the company would handle our job. The crafts people who performed the work were industrious and produced a fine product. If we had it to do over again, we would ask on the front-end for a written plan of what discrete work would be undertaken each day of what turned-out to be a 2 week (including Saturdays) job and we would have required at least a 30 minute advance telephone call alert before the workers would show up each day (all we were told was that workers would appear at some time between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.). Supervisory people were not on-site much, but were available by telephone generally. Remodel USA was more expensive than other remodelers interviewed, but we felt that we received value for what we paid. I would hire Remodel USA again if we have a future need for something that is in their wheelhouse.

Wonderful with helping to decide on materials matching, accessories , designing and making suggestions. I love being able to see and choose on the spot the Hardware , lighting , other materials and colors on tbe spot to formalize a vision.

The crew was professional and the work was done on time. They removed old materials and debris. The one issue we had was haggling over the price. If we hadn't done some online research; we would've overpaid.

To let you know my kitchen remodeling began on June 12 and to this day Sept. 9, 2017, I have been w/o a kitchen and unable to utilize my up and downstairs to their negligence from day one. Do they care? If they did I wouldn't be writing this today neither would I be in this situation. I could go on and on, however, it wouldn't benefit because it hasn't gotten any better. I would never recommend anyone to this company.

"Mrs. T., Our last conversation with you occurred on August 24, 2017 when we discussed that the construction work was finished and that you would contact the retailer who you purchased your appliances from to move them into the kitchen and connect them, we had agreed to pay for whatever charge was related to this work. You were scheduled to come in to our office on August 25, 2017 to meet with us and you did not come, we have not heard from you since then, other than this review. You have contact information for several individuals in our office, please do contact us to let us know if you did arrange for the appliance retailer to move and hook up the appliances as we need that information in order to schedule the inspections necessary to close out the permits. Original installer did most everything wrong. Placed new bathtub directly on my hardwood flooring, cut the wrong size plywood to replace rotted piece on the edge of the tub so he put the tub in place on top of the rotted section of flooring. The list goes on but this is sufficient. I called the project coordinator, the one bright spot here, told her the installer would no longer be allowed in my house. His replacement did excellent work on wall and floor tile, poor work on painting preparation, failing work on a ground fault interupter. Also the company refused to obtain the required plumbing and electrical permits.

The crew that actually did the remodel of our bathroom did a great job. Andrew, the lead contractor does a fantastic job. They kept every thing clean and in order, very friendly and polite. Great job you guys, Thanks.

Everyone I dealt with at Remodel USA was very professional and polite. The construction guys were always on time, worked the whole time they were there, and cleaned up every night when they were through. I was more than pleased with everything they did.

The quality of the work and material was good, however a two week job turned into two months. the wrong light fixture was installed and vanity door had noticeable imperfection, which had to be reordered and replaced.

The team did a good job in a timely manner but after numerous attempts of trying to get the warranty on the the materials the company only provided a year warranty and everything after the year I would have to pay. Very displeased with this false information from the sales rep and owner. There customer service needs to be improved greatly.

The team did very impressive work within a tight deadline. They finished remodeling my 1.5 bathrooms within 1.5 weeks (Mon-Fri) only. The look of the bathrooms are modern and brights Their price is a little bit high compared to other quotes, but I truely think compared to the worries I might have dealing with private contractors, buying materials, and whether they can finish work etc, I would rather pay a little more. The show room is large, workers are professional, service department is responsible. So I'm very satisfied.

I signed a contract in April and I have yet to have a permit or anything else and I have not heard from them in over a month. They took my down payment and have not even started the job and the finish date was July 15th and not even a permit pulled.

6+ Room New Window Service
The sale person was vary knowledgeable in the product and listened to what my wife and I wanted with our 2 bay windows. The customer service needs to be improved a little, it was hard to get ahold of the people we needed to talk to about the status of our windows. The people are vary friendly and understanding once you get ahold of them. The installers were vary professional and did a great job with the installation of our bay windows. So far my wife and I are vary pleased with the look and quality of the windows.

The job is finished and I am not happy. They did not seal the marble counter top and they installed it backwards. The polished end faces the back wall. I just discovered that they knocked a hole in the wall of a closet in the hallway outside of the bathroom . I did report a few problems after they finished . I told them that the space heater did not work. Remodel usa finally came out after weeks of me calling. They showed up with a huge attitude. They discovered that the space heater had never been connected to electricity. They were yelling and cursing and seemed to think that the problem was my fault. After they connected the space heater I decided then that I wanted them out of my house and did not call again to fix the other problems that came up . ...... That was probably a mistake as now I have to hire somebody else to fix what remodel usa did The job is not finished but it has not gone well. Workmen show up in the middle of the day. No one showed up at all yesterday and no one called me tell me. They caused a water leak that damaged my ceiling. They promise that they will fix that . /The job is finally finished but it was not well done. My marble vanity was not sealed. Also the polished side is facing the wall and the rough edge is facing out into the room. It is a very small bathroom and they did not put the vanity flush against the wall. The repair on my downstairs dining room ceiling (damaged by a leak that they caused) looks ok but you can still see where the leak was . I am just glad that it is over as it took way to long to finish.
