Batista and Gort Remodeling LLC

Please stay away from this company. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again. They do not return your calls. When he 1st came to give my an estimate for my backyard fence he ask for the total amount to be paid in full before he had even started the job and I explained that was not going to happen. That should have been the 1st red flag. No way I would pay him before any work had been done. After I paid half down he started the work after a couple weeks of missed appointments and no return calls he came back did a little more work then said he needed balance paid to complete the project. Reluctantly, I paid the balance in full and have never heard from him again. We have left many messages and no return calls. They have left some of their tools to make you feel they they will come back and they never show up. I knew better than to pay them in full but I wanted the job completed and let my guard down. Please I am telling you to stay away from this company. They are BAD NEWS.

Super unprofessional, we had to put so much pressure for them to finish the job, always making up excuses. Asking for more money without the fence being done. Show up late to work, he promise the fence was going to be ready in a week he lasted almost 4. After we paid him have of the money, he disappeared for like a week and a half we had to call him every day to see if he was going to show up and he always made up an excuse and said he was on his way and never showed up. After almost a month he finally finished the fence, he was supposed to come back to finish a concrete floor we needed on the fence door, he left some of his tools here that was over a month ago and havenâ t even call. He was so irresponsible with the fence, that he said he was going to to my kitchen cabinets for free, jajaja he just disappeared for the face of the earth. I made the mistake of recommending him to a friend, he took 3K from her over a month ago, doesnâ t pick up the phone, and havenâ t even started working on her project. Sheâ s been asking him for her money back for weeks with no luck.

They were paid in full and still have not finished the job.
