We used Remodeling and More and Middle Tennessee Services Unlimited LLC. I believe they are one and the same. We had a spring replaced in our garage door. Damon E. Parker was our repair person. All costs and labor came in over $50.00 LESS expensive than his competitors. Also Damon, was extremely professional and polite. We will DEFINITELY be using his services again in the future. He worked in a timely manner and we no longer have a broken garage door. Thank you Damon!!

Well mannered. Completed the work. Prepared for the job by researching multiple distributors for one of the parts needed for my repairs. Did not clean up after work was completed, though.

Damon was extremely prompt, 3 hours from initial phone call to job completion. The garage door works great now, and is much quieter than previously. Would definitely recommend and use for future projects!

Fascia board broken , fascia boards were patched up, nails sticking out of fascia and soffit, corner boxes poorly built leaving gaps between box and wall, soffit not properly fitted and poorly painted.

They did the job I had requested quickly and for a reasonable price.

We recieved a call the day that we put in the request. They came out the next day which was a Sunday and got it fixed in one day. Found that the problem was not the roof, but a wall that was not put in properly. The leak ran down to the ceiling in the room. He showed us everything from where to how and why. Gave him cash for the material and a check after he finished. He bought the material and fixed it all in a few hours while it raining. He was very polite and to the point. The price was reasonable and there is a two year warranty. We have a lot of projects to save up and complete in the next few years. We will be calling them up.
