We had a wonderful experience with ARK Remodeling, Roberto, and his crews! We’ve done remodeling before and this was by far the most positive. The crews started on time and finished almost on the day projected (one day more). Everyone was very polite and they cleaned up after themselves every day. Roberto always communicated with us daily to let us know what to expect the next day. He also told us when he would come, and if he was running behind, HE CALLED/TEXTED TO LET US KNOW!! He’s also very helpful with your design, giving you his opinion when asked, but will do whatever you decide. We HIGHLY recommend Ark Remodeling!

Roberto told us when we started our master bath remodel that his goal was for Ark to be the company we called for everything in the future - objective achieved! I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Ark Remodeling. Robertoâ s attention to detail and communication throughout the project was too notch from beginning to end. We selected Roberto and Ark Remodeling Services to renovate two full bathrooms. While we had done much of the planning of design and material selection the input from Roberto was valuable and enhanced the end result. Quality of work in both bathrooms was excellent and we are very pleased with the result. So much so that we hired them for a second major project: interior painting, floor replacement and refinishing. Our decision to use Roberto and his team again was due to the fact he really cared about the end results and meeting our timelines. ARK Remodeling responded quickly to our request for proposal to remodel our master bathroom and half bathroom providing a competitive quote that we couldnâ t pass up. They were very flexible and easy to work with accepting changes to our project on the fly. We ended up adding a whole house repipe during the project and they took it on with no problem at a reasonable price. In all we were very happy with their attention to detail and the finished product! We are very happy we chose ARK Remodeling!

Our shower remodel went wonderfully. When we first reached out to Roberto and team, he was quick to set up a visit and listened carefully to our needs. Roberto presented options and was patient with us as we made decisions. The craftsmanship and care demonstrated by Roberto and team quickly sold me on wanting to line up the next projects with them as well. He was very helpful and had great recommendations when we owed him homework like picking out materials and finishes. The specialists on his team did great work and were very communicative about the process and schedule. No project ever goes 100% according to plan, but Roberto and crew were very forthright and able to always keep us moving forward.

ARK remodeled the master bathroom that has tile from floor to ceiling, including one entire wall of tile in the room. The demo team was incredibly clean and left the house near spotless each day. The tile crew installed the rectified tile with a minimal grout line, plus polished chrome edging around the windows and nicheâ all beautiful and meticulously handled. They also repainted all of the floor to ceiling bathroom cabinets. At that same time, another crew worked on two upstairs bathroomsâ demo shower tile, replaced tile, and repainted cabinets. All plumbing replacements were included. Excellent craftsmanship and very clean work environments. We highly recommend ARK!

Extremely happy with Ark Remodeling Services!! Roberto and his team just completed a remodel on our master bath from a full demolition to a complete rebuild. They took great care and pride in their workmanship, details of the job and making sure that we were included in all decisions that were made on the project. The quote was very straight forward and detailed with no additional â hiddenâ costs during or at the end of the project. The crews were professional, courteous and did their part to wear masks and social distance. They will be the first and only call I make for the next big project!!!
