Yaudel asked to see the project in person to provide a proper bid. He immediately covered the damaged drywall ceiling with plastic before even discussing the project. He pointed out that it needed to be closed of to prevent insulation falling and air conditioning escaping. This was a great help. His proposal was equivalent in price to several others I had received, however, he was the only one to ask to see the issue first hand. He was very professional and easy to talk with. We discussed price and availability which worked well as he was able to do the repairs the next day. He provided the materials and paint to fix the hole in the ceiling from an accidental step through from the attic. Unless you know where the hole was, you would not be able to tell anything different about the ceiling. I plan to use him for my future projects refinishing cabinets, paint the interior of the house and more.

Very very respectful and does an excellent job

Put in boards that were needed to attach ceiling sheetrock to. Original contractor 52 years ago did not attach part of the sheetrock to boards. They had only taped it. Pina put in the needed boarding and attached the sheetrock to it. Pina did an extra good job. Thanks
