DO NOT do business with this company. Signed contract April 1 of 2019 to build a simple 2 car garage and 8 x 12 mudroom to connect to the existing house. It is June 2020 and the job is only 60% completed (that is generous). We have had to kick them out and are seeking legal actions because they would not finish. They claimed it took 2 months to get our permits. Now that I have had to become my own contractor, I found out they never got the permit, just pocketed the cash. The garage floor has to be torn out and replaced because it was not poured correctly (pools in the back), paid for siding and painting, now discover the siding (Hardy Board) has to be removed due to improper installation. Drywall not completed, driveway and exterior door pad not completed, damaged the exterior door while installing, so needs to be replaced. The crews they used, which is a joke in itself, appeared to be found on exit ramps asking for food or money. Routinely, people would show up to do odd jobs such as Tyvek sheeting or clean up and asked if we have tools or extension cords to complete their job. They went weeks without anyone being on site. The owner was complacent and even though he knew for months and months that his subcontractor was not performing he did nothing to fix the problem. Now we are out over $10,000 plus still have to pay for the drywall, siding, paint, electric finish, driveway, patio, clean up, permits, and new garage floor, plus more I am sure. Nightmare.

We found this company on Home Advisor approximately 2 years ago, we have now fired this company. All we have to show after 2 years or excuses is a set of plans and a backyard that has been destroyed for over a year. Since firing them, we have discovered that the work that was done was not fully permitted and we are likely out $1000. If we could put in negative stars we would.

We had an extremely tight project timeline to perform a MAJOR demo and build-out of a new space for our business. In short, we were asking our contractor for a miracle. And they completely DELIVERED. Were there bumps in the road and some tension? Absolutely. But we worked through all of them and Remodeling Solutions really came through. I can't say enough about how impressed we were. And I don't give compliments lightly.

Upon Speaking with Dave I was confident about my bathroom remodeling. All went well and stayed within my budget. I was impressed and very satisfied with results. I inquired about removing a wall between my kitchen and laundry room which was a load bearing wall. Dave explained the process and all went well. I now have the expansion of the room and am pleased. I will on other projects call Dave again since the work went exactly as explained to me. The work crew was extremely professional as that of the clean up....One happy camper!!!!

They are personable and they brought in good experts.
