Remodeling Solutions rebuilt my balcony. After a few months I started seeing quite a few cracked tile. When a heavy rain came, I ended up with a river of water coming in to my living room. It took his team multiple tries before the water stopped. The company also put up stone tile on the outside of the house. In less than two years a section of the tile and mortar fell on my car putting holes in the hood. The company refused to pay for the repair of the car or the replacement of the tile on the house. Do not use this company. You will need to call them back often to get the job done right.

It is so nice to deal with professionals, the crew and my project managers and estimator were all top notch. The crew thought outside of the box in solving problems and had top quality products installed. Walter is so experienced, you're not dealing with some kid who doesn't know how to price a job...no surprises. I am so very happy with my decision to work with these guys, they improved the safety and functionality of my deck and entry gate, it looks amazing. Money very well spent.

Received a very detailed estimate on installation of a composite deck in a very timely manner. Did not require any money up front. Crew was able to start earlier than expected. Job took about twice as long as estimated because of difficulty with installation. Minor issues with installation but overall very happy with outcome. Owner is always available to contact for issues and is responsive to issues.

The crew always arrived on time, were very efficient and cleaned up every day before they left. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them for any stucco repair or painting project.

Contractor was very thorough, presented excllent follow through from quote to invoice and did not request any payment until the work was completed satisfactorily. I would have given 5 stars if it werent for the few items e.g. some sloppy paintwork that had to be redone more than once but the contractor was more than happy to spend the time to get it right. I had them do some extra projects and will use them again

The amount by which Walter exceeded our highest expectations is immeasurable. We had a 12x16' screened in back patio built onto an existing home. His ideas to improve on our original plan allowed us to enjoy our completed project even more. The crew showed up on time, everyday until the project was completed. Very dependable. 4 stars are not enough to give Remodeling Solutions because he gave us a great quality product at a very reasonable price, his quote was right on with the finished costs, no hidden costs. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants value and dependability in thier contractor. We will definatly use him again!

The foreman was excellent and very professional. Language barrier caused a little bit of a problem with actual workers, but quick and courteous response from the foreman more than compensated for this. Beautiful result!
