Remodeling Tiles and Marble

They were great

It was a nightmare. This guy Benjamin does not know anything about plumbing. He took 1 day to replace a shower valve (plumber took 30 minutes). He did all bad, the pan liner shower (plumber had to re-do everything) I had to pay an extra $ 500 to a plumber to re-do that mess. After the demolition he let the vanity pipes leak, the next day my bathroom was all flooding. He gave me stupid excuses all the time that it was not his fault. I already gave him $2k in advance and now he does not want to return some of my money. The only thing he did was demolition, and even that he did it wrong, they scratched all my hallway when they pull out the garbage bag with tiles on it, and also, they dented my $3k front door (hurricane-proof door). He said he does not have money; he offers me $300 dollars back!!! So, he wants to charge me $1,700 for demo a small bathroom! He just left, and leave behind a part of his tools and a lot of garbage that he did not dump. And most importantly, he does not have a license and insurance. I have pictures to prove what I said. He said he did a lot of jobs in bathrooms, beware because 3 plumbers told me that the way he installed the shower in the bathroom is very dangerous for leaks, he broke several city codes.

Very sloppy job...metal trim is far away from the wall, the pattern did not match up with the floor as well as the new pattern does not go all the way up correctly. The window sill and the shower cubby Is slanted so everything falls off. The job was completed yesterday but now I have to hire someone to redo it all and fix it...

Did good work and reasonable price. Worked with us.

Very quick response. Had the know how needed. Polite and professional.

I was happy with the work and the service that was provided. They gave me the best quote and the time frame that I am expecting was met.
