Unreliable. JOB not finished. Always has an excuse. Blames everything on his helper. Doesn't show up when he says he will. Incompetent. Don't pay in full until the job is complete! We learned our lesson.

Jon was great. He told me when things would get done and he was always on time and showed up when he said he would. He told me about any changes as they occurred. He was pleasant and professional. I would absolutely recommend him to others or hire him if I needed something else done.

We hired them to build and stain our deck. The structure itself turned out well, but the rest of the experience was very frustrating. Communication was extremely inconsistent. We had multiple no-shows with no call, had to repeatedly reach out just to find out if they were coming, and were given several excuses that either changed or didn?t make sense. We were also told last minute that they were not planning to stain the covered patio structure, which would have left the deck and the cover two completely different colors. This was never clearly communicated upfront and added to the frustration. The staining work that was completed was rushed and uneven, with missed spots and noticeable color differences. We ultimately decided to redo the staining ourselves to get a consistent finish. We appreciate the completed structure, but the lack of reliability, communication, and finishing quality did not meet expectations.

Jon Paul never shows up. The longest i have seen him at my job site is 3 hours. He's dishonest, never had the supplies needed on hand. Had the decking delivered to our house and he was supposed to be here to unload...he never showed up. The craftsmanship was sub par to say the least. He brought an electrician over who was not licensed, and ended up being a RSO. He was let go after he brought the felon to my home. Do not hire this man. I am out a considerable amount of money and now I am having to look for a reputable contractor that will rehab his mistakes and start all over. This is a nightmare.

Jon Paul replaced my front door. Never completer the job. Moldind not complete. No the door will not stay shut or lock. Check Oregon Contractors Board before you hire. I am not the only one.
