Responsive. Asked great questions on the initial call. Told me what I should expect as we moved forward. Quickly captured the squirrels and repaired the roof. It took several days from start to finish.

We had a dead opossum and her babies in our backyard. David arrived on time and quickly took care of the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained how to help prevent further rodent invasions.

I had a skunk and rat problem and he told me the cause was a bird seed on the ground issue. He killed 2 rats and I feel the problem is under control. Nice experience.

I hired Remove & Repair for bird removal in Upper Arlington. We had both sparrows and starlings nesting in some natural gaps on either side of our A-frame balcony. Aside from the mess they were constantly spewing out over the walls and floor, they were loud and obnoxious. Dave from R&R came over, explained the process thoroughly and made sure that I felt that the exclusionary barrier was aesthetically pleasing before installation. I felt really great about the entire experience that day and even better the following morning when the birds did not return. They have not been back, but if they wiggle their way into a different area, I will be calling Remove & Repair again with ZERO hesitation.

He was punctual and on time. He cleaned up afterwards and took care of the problem.

David did a tremendous job and got it done inexpensively. He is easy to work with and pleasant to talk to. He even went above and beyond and taught me a few things to prevent the problem from reoccurring, which was extremely valuable to me!

The critters are gone and the house is patched up! David provided great service and even fixed some pre-existing problems for us to prevent future issues.
