Already they arrived later than scheduled they kept us informed as to the reason for the delay and asked for our concurrence. They are very professional and efficient. The carpets look great.

They were very professional - came on time and did an excellent job of removing a lot of stains. The only thing I would say that didn't work out was that the carpet was very wet for at LEAST 24 hours. They said it would be try to the touch in 8 - 9 hours.

Initially, I contacted Daniel for a carpet cleaning quote on the 24 unit apartment complex I manage. Not only did he arrive within minutes to provide a the best quote of $250 to $300 (paid $250)for our halls and stairs to be done, he also was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Daniel never tried to talk in me into any additional services to upsell this job. He was pleasant, seemed to genuinely listen and care to understand the needs of our building. He did an excellent job as promised and I am truly impressed; our building had not received carpet cleaning in half a decade and now the carpet looks nearly brand new again. THANKYOU! :

Technician arrived 1/2 hr. early with a portable unit, not truck mounted. When I mentioned that I wanted special attention to one pet stain and traffic pattern soiling, technician pretreated and then got down on hands and knees with a stiff brush and really worked over those areas. Carpet looks great. Only negative, portable unit left carpets very wet. Needed to run dehumidifier and fans for two days to dry carpet especially in closet.

I have a very badly stained sofa and love seat. My 2 year old had drawn all over both of the sofas and leaked juice on them. They were able to get out every stain. Dan is super friendly and did an awesome job.

The guy I spoke with was helpful and straight to the point. There was a flat fee which was the lowest for my 1 bedroom apartment.

He did a good job on the carpet....once he finally got here. I was tole between 10 and 11, and he didn't get here til after 12.

The cleaning person was friendly, courteous and efficient. I really liked that they were willing to move furniture, even beds. He did a good job. The portable cleaning machine drips some, so I needed to follow him with a rag to keep our wood floor dry. He seemed unaware that water should not stand on a wood floor. Also, he needed prompting to put protectors under all the wood furniture.

I hired this firm because they said they moved the furniture. I reiterated this with the tech when he arrived and he responded affirmatively. However, when he acted like he was finished with the job ("What do you think of the job?"), I said "You didn't move furniture." The response, "What furniture did you want moved?" I then went from room to room with him and helped move some of the furniture (realized later that after I left a room, nothing additional was moved). The carpet was wet for 3 days. I also had contracted to have my love seat finished. It too was too damp to sit on for 3 days, but there was still dust/lint in the welting!!

I am on the fence. Appointment set for 11am. 10:45 they called and said they would not be here until noon. They showed up at 1:15pm with a stand-alone carpet cleaner, not the heavy duty cleaner that was promised. The carpets were heavily soiled in some areas, and came as clean as I had expected, but not as clean as I had hoped.

Absolutely aweful! 2 hours late came in and SOAKED my entire living room!!! Cleaned one piece beautiffully then rushed through the rest leaving the lask one SOAKING wet! It took 3 industrial fans 2 days to dry it all out! The last couch is still dirty but I would not want them back in my house!

The company was very willing to work with me to setup the optimal time & date & were also very competitive with other offers that I received. There was some miss communication on the timing of the appointment, but they were not terribly late past the time frame agreed upon. Overall, they were very professional & did a nice job cleaning the carpet.

They scheduled an appointment for that same week and spent a great amount of time to clean my furniture and explain the process to me. I would highly recommend this company.

There were some major traffic pattern stains that needed to have extra care. In addition my children left a red marker on the carpeting in their room without the cap on which caused quite a large stain. The carpets looked better than when I moved in to the place. The owner claimed to have had the carpets professionally cleaned, but the traffic pattern areas were quite noticeable. I was thrilled to have these in better shape than when I moved in. Very professional and cost less than the big name carpet cleaning companies. Needed within a short period of time and was accommodated.
