Dan is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. He returns phone calls and texts promptly, shows up on time, and dedicates himself to his work with perfection. When I second guessed a finishing choice I made, Dan listened to my concerns with respect, went out of his way to accommodate my wishes, and made my 28 year old floor look like new! He has now refinished 2 floors in my home and will be back to refinish another. His work speaks for itself and his business Renaissance, which means revival or renewal, sets the highest standard in floor refinishing.

Daniel was very helpful. He had a full schedule but I had a deadline to complete my home and he made it happen. My floors are gorgeous. I had an idea in my mind of how I wanted my floors to come out and he did just that!! He answered every question I had. He made me feel so comfortable with the process of getting hardwood floors refinished. My floors look like they they came from a showroom as if they could be featured in a magazine!! Daniel of Renaissance Flooring is professional, highly skilled in floor refinishing and amazingly attentive to details. Good experience having Renaissance refinish our hardwood floors. Dan was polite, knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions, and explained the whole process involved to do the job. Over the years the dogs had really worn the floors out making them dull and discolored. In the end he made them look beautiful and new again. We took his advice to plastic off areas where we didn't want dust. And he still gave the surrounding rooms a vacuum and dusting, going above and beyond.
