"We performed the work as the contract required and completed in a timely manner. We apologize for not communicating better on the schedule, we work hard to have the highest level of customer service. As for payment, it is due at the time of service. Slate roofs require a special set of tool and skills not typical of asphalt shingle roofing. We never claim to be the cheapest, we do however provide the highest level of service and craftsmanship in the industry!"
