At first their were asked to replace and update the lighting in the kitchen and out door lights by the garage. Their prompt and professional work was excellent. So I had them paint the interior of my house, replace my fence gate and repair my shed door. ALL the work was exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Justine rarely gets back when you call or text. I have been dealing with him on the vinyl he put on my back porch for 18 months. He wants to just patch things and not fix correctly. It looks extremely unprofessional and a botched job. I did not know that the person that did the vinyl had never done it before. I would have never agreed. The vinyl on the ceiling is wavy and has fallen down several times. I am retired, on social security, and cannot afford to have it re-done. Will probably take him to court to get this corrected. Like him as a person but not as a contractor.

Rebecca P. is a an Aunt, to a close friend of mind. She contacted me wanting a full patio built on the back of her home. At the time of the design, I personally picked her up from home, drove her to the store 35 minutes from her home, and back, so that she could hand select the exterior covering materials herself, with budget in mind. After explaining the ups and down of each material, she selected the lowest grade vinyl available. I explained that in short time these materials would move, discolor, and show characteristics of this grade product... she didn't mind. She had the plans approved by HOA, prior to changing to the vinyl because of her budget. Turns out the HOA does not approve of the vinyl selected and has insisted on her having it removed and replaced, she does not know that i have this information. Through out her 1 yr warranty a small leak was found, and resolved, additional metal drip edge added, 4 pieces of vinyl removed and reset, standard nails replaced with colored White nails, and various other acts to ensure the customer was happy. She advised one of my installers that no matter what was done, she would not be happy, and demanded the vinyl to be removed and replaced with an upgraded material that she did not originally pay for. I gave several estimates to upgrade the materials covering the patio, none of them were accepted. The whole project budget was taken, and over $500 was spent out of my own pocket to just finish the project, we even built her a large bird feeder from the wood left over from the original arbor demo, out of kindness at no charge... I have gone above and beyond for her over the last 18 months, and will now face her in justice court to allow a Judge to provide a final ruling from her suit of over 3 times the amount actually estimated to replace the siding with even the same materials. Installed door , but after months the door fell apart and this Pro will not respond back. Not trustworthy and unresponsive. Did not follow thru w/ warranty. The main issue with following up on warranty work. Has a 1 year warranty .

My phone calls were always answered, and I was kept up with all the events as they happened. I was ignored on return calls to repair an issue with the gate. Even after I left a message, he refused to return my calls.
