The blinds were installed but when open, each side by side are not equal. Slats are off anout 1/2 in. Then I had an appt with son John (new in sales) according to his father, and he kept missing appts saying he had to be elsewhere after we had appt scheduled. He never responded to texts, VM and after numerous times, I called the father and he promptly said they were not interested in my business. I guess he doesn't like complaints on his son!!!! I have phone records and texts to prove what I am saying.

This is a husband and wife team that are highly focused on excellent customer service. Very pleasant to work with. The roller shades that we had installed are of excellent quality and perform the job that we needed them to.

I started the task of searching for a blinds/shades company in the Nashville area in May, using HomeAdvisor.com, as I live in DE and was doing this search to help out my daughter who lives in Nville & was moving into a new home in June. The search yielded 3 businesses. I contacted all 3 & Lowes, as a comparison. All 3 contacted me within a reasonable time. I felt 2 of the 3 were very responsive; both went to my daughter's house to measure windows and sent estimates. Although this company was not the cheapest, I ultimately decided to go with them truly based on instinct. Rhnnea, the owner, stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, by phone, text, & email. She could not have been more helpful & professional, especially given I was going with her, "sight unseen." My daughter's blinds were ordered & Rhnnea awaited the word from me for scheduling the installation. Fortunately, my daughter settled on her house & I was able to go to Nville on the following weekend in June to help her move. Rhnnea, Brent (her husband), & John (son) [family business!] worked with my schedule & were able to get all the blinds installed over that weekend. They were efficient with the entire process & the blinds are gorgeous! Additionally, Rhnnea offered treatment suggestions for my daughter's front door & upstairs balcony door. A beautiful Roman shade adorns her front door, completing & complimenting the living area beautifully, and a classic white fabric roller shade finishes the balcony door. These two doors were just completed yesterday (7/29), and Rhnnea promptly sent pics to show me the completed project. My daughter (& I) could not be happier with the quality of the work and the superb service provided by Rhnnea, Brent, & John. I can't say enough good things about them! What a pleasure it's been & I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality window treatments/installation & impeccable service! I say I picked them based on instinct...and my instinct was spot on for this! They really exude a small town, family owned & operated business that truly feels like family! Too often nowadays it seems some businesses, especially in home renovations, are interested in getting the job done as quickly as possible, often times resulting in poor workmanship. Not the case with this company.

They moved some draperies from one room to another and patched the wall. I ordered new Roman shades and also valances. Lots of choices in fabrics they bring to you! So much easier than going to a fabric store (and so overwhelming at the fabric store too.) This company is great to work with!

I called Service Magic to find someone to install some window blinds Friday morning, June 1 around 10 AM. The first company was not available so about an hour later I received a call from Brent. I am so glad that the first company was booked because Brent and Rhnnea were amazing. They came that afternoon and installed a total of 13 blinds (that I had bought from another company) in about an hour and a half. Brent even made an adjustment for 2 that I had measured incorrectly to make them work. Their price was extremely reasonable and the service provided was excellent. I will definitely use them the next time I need window coverings!!

BRENT BROUGHT AN EXAMPLE OF HIS BLIND WITH HIM TO SHOW US WHAT HE WAS OFFERING. I REALLY LIKED THAT. HE ALSO HAD THE BEST PRICE AND HIS SERVICE WAS PROMPT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS.

Very low cost, does good work. I have used them several times. I would highly recommend him, very good work with the window covering.
