He arrived when he said that he would be there. Alan answered all of my questions and was very happy to inform me of what I needed.

Good job with service but I requested quote on additional services and didn't receive anything. Was a bit disappointed. Not sure why. Perhaps he didn't think I was serious about additional work. Quality of work done was very good.

Alan showed up on time, as promised and on the same day I requested services and since day was very cold and heating not working this was excellent, he explained the problem very easily.

Alan arrived within an hour after speaking with me. He gave me a estimate of what the job could cost based on what I told him was the problem. He shared his knowledge about A/C and what to beware of from future repairs. He showed me all the old parts and explained to me why it was not working proper and why it would cause more expensive damage if not replaced. I am very satisfied with the service received and would gladly hire him again.

Great guy

Alan was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC (it was blowing warm air) quickly and for a great price. I got an appointment on the same day I contacted him. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him !

I will not deny that I did some research on what was being recommended by Alan because of my limited knowledge regarding air ducts/airflow, and how they are supposed to function. In the end, I was completely satisfied with the work Alan and his crew performed. I am now happy to say that I am a huge fan of Renegade Heating and Cooling. Alan is a true professional, clearly knew his stuff and I was so glad I found him. Great customer service. My rental property A/c's unit were not functioning right and I needed someone honest and efficient as I live too far from the property - so he would have to work directly with my tenant. He turned up as agreed on time, and he contacted me to let me know what his diagnosis was .He explained what was needed and then after getting authorization for the cost of the repair and collecting the needed parts he completed the job on the same day. He billing service was clear and the cost of the job I feel was fair. I also like the fact that he did not try to sell me on going service plans etc. Cannot recommend Alan enough. I would certainly use him again.
