Renegade Water Services, LLC

They came in July to repair a unit we had under our sink. They said it was not repairable. So we purchased a new one through them. A few months later the lines are leaking. The seal between the T-Joint is not watertight. I have tried calling several times and can not get a return call. Wish we would have never used them.

came right away, good job and no complaints

The owner, Roland, is a true professional and very experienced in his field. I would recommend him to anyone. He gets the job done right at a very fair price.

Great guys, worked fast and efficient. Overall a very friendly and timely group of people

Roland and his helper did a wonderful job. They were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them. The price was great also.

Roland was very understanding and came same day and repaired the leak because we had no water. He also completed a necessary replacement of recalled plastic water line as a preventative measure. Honest reasonable and professional service. Our new Fave plumber.

Install was good though unit had to be replaced as was defective but it was done promptly and all works great

I love my Water Softener and it doesn't take up much room. However, during the estimate for the Water Softener and RO, I was told that the RO only needed sanitizing and filter changes, for $65. When serviceman arrived to install the WS I was told the RO could not be repaired and that I needed a new unit, which cost me an additional $365 which i wasn't prepared for. I had a quote from another company for $275 but since Roland was here I went for the RO he recommended. All I can say is be sure you budget for what you need.

Roland is very knowledgeable about water softener systems that are made specifically for the hard warmer water in Arizona. He performed the job I asked without trying to upsell. He was fast and on time.

Excellent company

.

They were prompt and did what was asked of them

Reliable and stand behind service

Price was fair, although they gave me options; there was no pressure to upsell me. Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Scope of work was clearly explained. I would not hesitate to use Renegade again and would highly recommend for water and plumbing issues.

Did a review of the system with me and explained its condition. Replaced the filters that needed to be replaced.

did the job and didn't try to sell me something else.

The owner Roland was friendly and helpful. The person who did the service was also friendly and knowledgeable. I had them replace my existing R/O system with a new one. They came in, did the work and it seems to be working fine. If you live in the west valley, I definitely recommend Renegade!

Roland was on time, Polite, quick and neat. I have No complaints.

Great product....Roland was on time and explained everything

They (Roland) a little rough around the edges, honest, yes. the team were timely , got at the job and got it done. Clean up was not that good,But I can live with it, I got a good product at a good price. He tells it as it is. Want to save some $$ (lots) call HIM

When I had questions about the softener, I called Roland's cell phone two different times and he was very happy to answer to my complete satisfaction. He is not only a good businessman but he is also a nice person. That is important to me.

Prompt and friendly service. Good price for the system.

Very fast and affordable installation of water softener.
