George called first thing on a Sunday. Knew it was an emergency. Gave me a quote. Came all the way to DANDRIDGE To help. Came in look around went straight to work. Every thing looked great he even did an area in the small hallway. He was done in no time at all. He even changed me less than he had quoted. Totally amazing young man outstanding work ethics. George was the first one to call me back. With his friendly tone and professional manner, I booked right away. He arrived on time and got started working very efficiently with his assistant sharing the work. He even worked on the holiday, which surprised me. I will definitely refer him to other people and will use his service again.

He arrived late. Could not finish as had another appointment. He promised to return. We took him at his word, and paid him in full as he wished. In addition to not finishing, he missed area areas that need attention. He has lied to us on four separate occasions. He hung up on us, and will not take or return a phone call. Beware! Use a known, reputable company.

Beware!! He arrived late and would not finish the job, and missed some very obvious areas. He charged more than his estimate and refuses to come back to complete the job. He has untruthful to us on four separate occasions, and will not take a call from us. He is not a man of his word. Hire a reputable company.

Mike came on time. SAID THE OWNER WAS ON Vacation. He was a neighbor of George, helping him out. Finished job in 1 and !/2 hours. Wanted $30 more than the owner quoted but accepted quote from George. Said I got a bargain. Carpet is still wet after 12 hours.
