July 2017. I hired this company to insulate my 2 1/2(basement) story home. The representative, Jerry, told me it was a one day job. I was sceptical but I said OK. The job turned out to be 2 Days, the 2nd day ended at 11 PM. My job quote included installing 2 internal fans with thermal sensors solar powered in the atttic space. It was late and we didn’t double check the entire job To make sure everything was done as quoted. Several days later, I found we didn’t get the pricier solar powered fans we paid for but regular ones were installed. I called to ask when that could be corrected. No answer, so I left a voice mail. After Leaving several voice mails over the course of a week or so, I finally got a return call from Jerry. He had a death in the family. I completely understood. He said he’d get back to me in a couple of weeks when he returned home. I was very respectful and didn’t even attempt another call for 6 weeks. I called and left a message.Jerry called and told me it was an easy fix and he would get back to me. No call back. I waited another 2 weeks and called the main company number as listed on the quote. A very gruff man answered and I told him what I needed, the regular fans switched out with the solar powered ones. He rudely told me it could be done but wouldn’t be anytime soon. That was October 2017. As I said, I’m very understanding of family emergencies and people with far more serious issues than my fan correction. December 2017, I ran out of patience. I wrote a letter (yes, snail mail) to the company outlining my issue. I stated I didn’t want the correction any more. I’d like a reimbursement for the difference in the regular fan and the solar ones promised. From what I can calculate the difference is about $1000. To date 1/22/2018, Ive received no response, no phone calls, no mail. These guys way underestimated the job completion time. They let spray foam insulation drip down into our tool box and on other shelves and tools. They don’t answer phone calls because.. they already have the money! I would never let these guys in my house again and would certainly not recommend them. If I get a check in the mail, I’ll make a correction to this review but I’m not holding my breath.

Did a good job on the blown in insulation. Did some extra work that was not up to par.

Cheats and useless!!!!. Promised to come and correct bad install and never came many many many times after promising to come correct problems. Gutter fell after rain Jerry claimed to have heart attack. one scew in down spouts where three is needed. Corking job utterly useless. I called Mfg. in Tx. Their rep said it would be several weeks before he could get another installer to come correct problems. Sorry Job. Sorry Install. Sorry Reps.

Had gutter guards installed. It created an issue with water overflowing over the gutter in certain areas. Called the company and scheduled day and times and in multiple occasions never showed up. Finally had the Manager come out without any tools explaining it was due to roof pitch. Made second visit and attempted to correct the issue, which was somewhat affective. I called again as the second area of concern was not addressed. Made an appointment but never called or showed-up. The initial group of installers were good but no accountability afterwards to address my issues.

Provided a detailed statement of the work that would be done and completed all the work on time. Did a thorough walk-through after the work was completed to be certain we were satisfied. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Installed new gutters and guards - workmanship was excellent. Working with the representative was pleasant and everything promised was delivered. Gutters look great - very happy working with this company and would recommend them highly.

Did a good job for us

I asked for a simple but uncommon project that required attention to detail. They sent laborers at best. It did not go well.

They removed all my gutters but didn’t replace the gutter on the bay window. The 3 story downspout was not secured to the house and it’s falling off. I called to get repaired and they hung up on me. The warranty is worthless. If you are in a high wind area the toppers will fall off. They aren’t even contracted to install the leaf guards.

Project turned out great. Crew was neat, cleaned up job quite well, and helpful. Project was delayed a couple times due to weather, and home office did not have a solid process in place to communicate and re-schedule.

Very prompt in responding for an estimate and performing the work. There was a little bit of miscommunication between the sales representative and the applicator about type of foam and schedule. It is important for the customer to stay involved in the whole process to ensure proper application coverage. The foam product is great. This was a basement project and I plan to use Renew again for the attic eventually.

The very first rainstorm, the gutter fell down. I left messages and no one called back.

Jerry is great.

Communication was difficult. A ongoing phone tag experience. First, they told me they would be there early on a Tuesday morning and would be done that afternoon. Didn't show up. Called to ask why and was told they got tied up on another job and would have to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next day. Didn't show up. Called to ask why and was told they would be there later in the day. Called in the afternoon when they still hadn't showed up and was told they would be there about 7:00 p.m. (to start on installing gutters on entire home). I told them this was unacceptable and had to reschedule. When they finally came (on Thursday), they did an great job; it was just nailing them down to a day/time commitment that was the problem.

I felt Jerry went beyond what I expected him to do. He and Josh did an outstanding job. I look forward to having them do work at my place in the future.

Professional work! Removed the cellulose insulation, sealed openings in the attic around light fixtures & vents, checked HVAC system with heat imaging camera and sealed leaks, restored blocked attic vents, and installed new hypoallergenic insulation. Job was much more difficult because the cellulose insulation was damped, but dedication was exemplary. Thoroughly cleaned the job site. Responsive.

Excellent product, cleanup not so good, slow customer service.
