They had good customer service and they were very prompt and available. The end result was not as good as I would have liked. After drying they looked only a little better. They did not vacuum the area first and in pre-treatment just sprayed a little bit on the traffic areas. They did not go back over and work to clean the traffic areas more when it was obvious it was needed.

"Hi Lorna, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I looked back at my notes from your job, it looks like it was a couple of months ago. I remember it was a white polyester carpet in Woodland Park which has red soil. I had written down that the carpets we're not very well maintained by the renter's. In that situation you will only get a carpet so clean from my experience going over it more and more would only make it more wet. We can clean carpets but not correct damage. Thanks again, Jeremy."

Jerry was very personable and knowledgeable. I have 22 year old carpet that is not good quality and that tends to hold oil stains but he was able to make it look much better than it did before. I checked with several other companies on home advisor and he was 30 to 40% less expensive.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
Gave me an estimate on another job (I had them do the carpets). Just before I more out of my unit, they will come and clean the tile grouting.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
Hire them for cleaning tiled floors in my house. The grout was very dirty. Renew did the cleaning job it was very well done and also done very fast. Very satisfied.
