After consulting four other roofing contractors for a re-roofing, we finally found JBN Construction and Roofing(June 2022, Hollywood). After consulting four other roofing contractors for a re-roofing, we finally found Roof Giants (May 2022, Miami). I'm glad we kept looking because they were clearly the best choice. Other contractors had wildly different ideas such as patching, building over the existing roof, and replacing shingles with gravel. Only JBN Construction and Roofing wanted to do things the right way. We spoke with Patrick, who came out to look at our house, on time. Patrick was confident in what his crews could accomplish and was super patient. He explained all of our options and the price was right. It took the crew around a week and a half to start due to constant rain, but once things started it was over in less than about 1 week. The biggest delay was waiting for the permit to clear. Literally everyone in the crews were all pros, as well as the few I spoke to in the office. Kim,Darren,, everyone was a great help. And shout out to the county inspector whose name I never caught. Everyone needs a company or "a guy" they can call on for reliable help and JBN Construction and Roofing is it for roofing. I'm glad we kept looking because they were clearly the best choice. Ok price but, more importantly, super fast same day work completed. I really appreciate the responsiveness and quickness. Job well done on the 3 medium sized holes in my walls because of tear out of old intercoms.
