Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
The finished roof looks nice. The flashing , very nice. However, the roof was not covered, one night which it rained and I have a great deal of damage inside the house. The damage has resulted in drywall repair, painting to be redone, trash from insulation was left in the yard for months. We finally had to hire someone else to finish up the drywall, repainting and cleaning up the trash.

A little confusion as to when they would start, but this was mainly due to the weather. . The original estimate was for two days and the job took three days. This is understandable since the workers had a 1 1/2 hour commute to get to my house and the roof was rather large (50+ square) . The workers were friendly and did a great job. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome.

I would highly recommend Renewable Properties. They were a great group to work with and went way above and beyond my expectations. They replaced 3 sky lights and 3 rubber boots around my vents. Pricing was reasonable and communicated they stand behind their work. I just had the work done this past week but I would still rate the quality of their work a "5" at this time. I have confidence they will stand behind their work. I'll definitely be calling on them again when I'm ready to replace my roof.

Found them very easy to work with. They were fast and reliable. They came out promptly and repaired our roof - many other companies wouldn't even call us back due to the size of our job. Both Richard and Vincent treated our job like it was equally important as any other. I would hire them in a heartbeat for a bigger project if needed!

They guys did a good job once they finally showed up! However they were in such a hurry that they did not fix everything the boss told me they would take of while they were at it. After initial contact it took nearly a month before anyone finally showed up to get the work done. Cost was ok, but seemed to be a bit much for such a small job overall.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I had a leak inside my house. I got 3 different companies from Home Adviser to come out and give me quotes. The first two companies took a quick look inside and on the first roof level and quoted a "Valley Repair". The 3rd company (Renewable Properties), went the extra mile and looked all over the roof. Even on the 2nd level roof (very high in the air) and they found a hole up there. Something the first two companies missed, so I went with them. The price was reasonable, and they even did some extra work (replacing a door, replacing a side trim, boots on the roof and adding a critter card to an exhaust vent near the top of the house). The initial roof repair was completed very quickly, within a few days of the quote,. They wanted to make sure the repair was a success and more importantly that no leaks occurred in the house. The repair was on a Friday and we were due for rain that weekend. It rained all weekend and no leaks. A couple weeks later the remaining repairs (pipe boots, side trim, door and critter cage) were repaired. All in all they did a great job and really took care of me.
