Great work on window trim

The salesman can be a bit pushy and overzealous, but good thing a more experienced professional accompanied him on the visit to give a price quote. The experienced professional was more knowledgeable on the installing the sliding door, identifying with my needs and therefore we decided to go with Andersen. The measurer came another day to measure door width, length, etc... and did it quickly and professionally. The installers did an excellent job installing the sliding door properly, cut out wooden frame and cleaned up mess. Installers did a great job and were professionals.

Very expensive price. They do good work and so far have fulfilled their promises...but you pay a high price for the only quality windows on the market. The cheaper alternative is junk total waste of money. In fairness, it is not their fault there is no competition.

They removed all my window treatment mounting hardware - & I had to purchase all new. They must have thrown it away. ordered 7 windows - only 6 could be installed - mistake on the measurement of one - That was identical to another - they had two separate people come to measure and still couldn't get it right. the crew was very neat but again cleaned up all my hardware..

Joe Fitch is very attentive and professional. He came back for a follow up during his vacation to go over details of the scope of our project. He did exactly what we asked him to do and had his technicians scheduled promptly to measure the windows. He explained the benefits of the custom windows and was generally knowledgeable. He also provided references for work done in the neighborhood.

I'm pleased with the installation of my windows. The three workers completed the job( 5 Windows) in two days.They made sure the furniture and the floor was properly covered with plastic prior to starting, and cleaned all the debris afterward. I would recommend them to anyone who needs them. Thank you Guys.

They came in did a neat clean job and I got beautiful windows. At the end of the first day they only way you knew they were in my home was the fact that I had new windows. It's a high quality product that is well worth the money.

I am pleased on all levels with their work. The salesman was knowledgeable and was not pushy which I greatly appreciated because I'm not into the hard sell of a product. He presented a quality product and was informative about the warranty and coverage. He also previously worked for another large competitor and was frank about the short comings of the major competitors product as well as their marketing pitch. The installers were professional, pleasant and most importantly clean. They cleaned up extremely well on each work day after installation. They thoroughly cleared away debris from inside and outside of my home.

Do it. You really do get what you pay for.

Very professional, no nonsense evaluation of the job that I needed done. The salesman was knowledgeable & worked with us on the price. My new windows were installed last week, on schedule, & they are beautiful- even better than I imagined they would be! The installers were punctual, courteous & professional. The job was completed quickly & they cleaned up all evidence of construction. When I am ready to have more new windows installed, I will definitely contact Renewal by Anderson.
